新竹縣洪姓男子(33歲)，去年初對前妻的葛姓男友辱罵「做人家客兄不敢說話」，對方回嗆「垃圾垃圾非常垃圾」，法官昨天依公然侮辱罪，判罰金5000元。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，洪男去年初帶2個孩子到法院與前妻會面，見其葛姓男友，2人在法院外爆發言語衝突，罵「敢做人家客兄，還敢那麼大聲」等，葛男回罵「垃圾垃圾非常垃圾」，洪又嗆「你嗎？肥豬王」、「肥豬王」。洪事後稱，以為「客兄」是乾哥哥的意思，未獲法官採信。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）

英國《餐廳》(Restaurant)雜誌周一公佈全球50最佳餐廳排名榜。丹麥Noma重奪最佳餐廳頭銜，也是第4次奪得這項殊榮。

據《路透》報導，這間位於哥本哈根的米其林二星餐廳，2010年至2013年三連霸，但去年因爆出食物中毒事件，最佳餐廳頭銜拱手讓給西班牙餐廳「El Celler de Can Roca」，但今年Noma重新奪冠，讓這間西班牙餐廳只能再度屈居第2。

亞洲餐廳中，排名最高的是泰國曼谷Nahm，排名第13，緊追在後的是日本東京Narisawa。其他打入50名內的亞洲餐廳，還有曼谷另一餐廳Gaggan(17)，香港Amber(24)，東京龍吟日本料理(33)、新加坡Restaurant Andre(37)，新加坡Waku Ghin(50)。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
