性侵繼子致死 男入獄後遭20壯漢集體性侵

巴西一名武術教練查維爾(Daryell Dickson Meneses Xavier)，早先因為性侵自己18個月大的繼子，導致男童嚴重受傷後死亡。查維爾遭到逮捕後，在法庭上坦承罪行，入獄服刑。 但他入獄後太過張揚，向監獄內的受刑人們吹噓自己的犯行，惹火了一群受刑人，他們決定要「已彼之道還施彼身」，一次放風的時間，20名壯漢團團圍住了查維爾，先是對他拳打腳踢，接著就集體性侵了他。當獄警發現查維爾時，他白色的汗衫早被扯破，背後佈滿傷痕，完全無法行動，獄警表示，「他受傷最嚴重的部位就是臀部，一整個血肉模糊」。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）

撿帆布紙板遮風雨 全家6口窩豬舍

雲林1戶原以養豬為業的吳姓人家，18年前因口蹄疫撲殺全數豬隻而負債，祖厝又在3個月前遭法拍，全家6口窩在豬舍。 今日出版的《聯合報》報導，豬舍矮牆就是床的隔間，2張床也是孩子做功課的書桌，撿來的帳棚、廣告帆布及招牌紙板圈圍，遮風避雨。1996年發生口蹄疫風暴，吳家飼養的豬全被撲殺，債台高築，吳父悲傷過度中風，土地、房屋陸續被拍賣；吳父今年2月過世，全家唯一賴以生活的祖厝也被法拍，舉家被迫遷出棲身在親戚提供的廢棄豬舍。笨北港朝善會獲悉，昨天發起救難，將打造新家。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）

[公告] 無法登入水族箱和解決當機的方式

1.我們需要先檢查一下自己的Flash 的版本是否為最新版本，不是的話請點擊更新或下載。 Flash player10：http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ 2.清理暫存：
☆ Internet Explorer 8.x
1、點擊工具功能表。 如果您沒找到該功能表，請按鍵盤上的 Alt 鍵來顯示功能表。
2、選擇刪除流覽的歷史記錄。
3、選中 Internet 暫存檔案核取方塊。
4、點擊刪除按鈕。
5、將檔刪除後，點擊確定。
 點擊刪除歷程記錄 
勾選相關項目後點擊刪除
☆Firefox（火狐） 1、點擊瀏覽器頂部的"Tools"（工具）功能表，並選擇"Options"（選項）。
2、點擊"Privacy"（隱私）。
3、點擊"Cache"（快取記憶體）旁邊的"Clear"（清理暫存）。
4、點擊"OK"（確定）。 
點擊選項功能
點擊歷史記錄和Cookie 進行清除
刪除全部Cookie
所有歷史記錄刪除
☆Google瀏覽器(chrome) 1、 點擊小扳手圖示 2、選擇“選項” 3、選擇“個人資料” 4、在進階選項中，點擊“清除瀏覽資料” 5、彈出小窗 口點擊“清除瀏覽資料”  點擊選項進入設定頁 
點擊清除瀏覽資料
選取相關項目後進行清除
進入Adobe 存取設定，進去把刪站儲存記錄也刪掉
這樣就能進入咯

柏林僑界將組團參加6月上旬的柏林嘉年華會，6月8日由僑團組織的電音三太子、花鼓陣、客家採茶舞和台灣原住民舞蹈班將和柏林各社區的演藝團體一同參加嘉年華遊行。 自從1996年開始，柏林的文化機構在移民人口眾多的克魯茲堡區（Kreuzberg）舉辦嘉年華會，移民社區推出歌舞表演和美食攤位，也邀請各國的文化團體參加街頭演出和遊行。 在基督教聖靈降臨節的週末登場的文化嘉年華會，週日的化妝遊行是活動的高潮，而森巴舞和鼓樂是遊行的重要特色之一。過去兩年，台灣高雄市桃源區建山國小的樂團和新北市汐止區的森巴坊鼓隊都在遊行中大出風頭。 柏林的移民人口愈來愈多，文化嘉年華會展現這個城市多元社會的發展，主辦單位希望藉著呈現出不同族裔的文化和藝術特色，讓所有的居民更包容和珍視彼此。(中央社)

民雄陸橋改建 最快明年下半年

自由時報 – 〔自由時報記者謝銀仲／民雄報導〕立法院財政委員會昨在民雄鄉公所聽取內政部民雄陸橋改建工程專案報告，本工程總工程費八億二千餘萬元，立委翁重鈞要求內政部明年度編足一億八千萬元取得用地，其餘六億多工程款亦應從明年起最慢三年內編列完成，以期早日發包動土，紓解民雄交通瓶頸窘況。
民國七十五年興建橫跨台鐵縱貫線、最大淨寬十四公尺的民雄陸橋，使用快三十年後，因東西兩側連接縣道一六四線均已拓寬為三十公尺，陸橋寬度不足，已無法吸納每天湧入龐大車流量，常造成阻塞，影響地方發展，在嘉縣各界爭取下，中央同意改建。
因改建工程進度不如預期，甚至有人蓄意從中阻撓等傳言四起，立委翁重鈞昨趁立法院財政委員會下鄉考察，邀內政部營建署等官員到民雄鄉公所做專案報告，化解鄉親疑慮。
營建署南區工程處長吳瑞安重申「民雄陸橋改建案是中央既定政策，不會改變」。他強調，長約六百零八公尺、寬四十公尺的民雄陸橋改建工程，已斥資二千餘萬元完成委託規劃設計招標，並與縣府達成初步共識，原則朝拆除重建方向辦理，若今年取得用地，最快明年下半年可施工。
