圓仔的失去活力，令所有喜愛它的人覺得有點難過。

其實圓仔跟小朋友應該是差不多的，理論上應該有相同的成長背景跟需求，所以是否可以考慮以圓仔小朋友的觀點出發來重新設計及改變環境？

其實可以有幾種作法。首先，可以考慮用複製後場室內場及戶外場的環境到前場展示場，讓圓仔具有熟悉感，通常以小孩子來說，有熟悉感它會比較願意去在有安全感的基礎上活動。 

因為就目前的展示場來說，是以圓圓的需求為優先，相對來講對於圓仔來說，過於龐大，而且沒有轉折的轉角可以去依靠著，在失去安全感狀況下，就會傾向躲在角落不動，或者是討厭離開他熟悉的後場或是原本的戶外場。具體辦法是可以用水泥建成簡單但安全不會倒的小角落就可以，從每天必看的影片看起來，圓仔喜歡躲在角落，這樣很有安全感。

其次，乾脆在前場也擺上一個讓圓仔喝水的水盆君，這樣他會很樂於在那裡喝水跟觀察水盆給大家看。另外，前場何妨也種上幾根竹子，因為圓仔喜歡拔竹子，這也是他的活力來源。如果可能，就讓保育園定時進場跟圓仔一起跑步吧，圓仔喜歡追著保育員跑不是沒原因的，因為它可以得到成就感。

最後，就華德福教育及蒙特梭利的教育理論來說，簡單的幾何圖形最能夠去喚起小朋友的內在精神性。所以，雖然保育員們設計那些木馬很辛苦，但很顯然圓仔是不玩的，是不是可以考慮改成用粗的童軍繩架個繩梯讓他爬，或者是設計個簡單的幾何迷宮，再不然就乾脆給它一個三角形枕頭吧。這樣可能都比看它每天死氣沉沉的睡覺好，其實圓仔是很有活力的小朋友的，最少許多人從它出生第一天到現在，沒看過它像現在這樣悶悶不樂過。

也在此順便感謝辛苦的保育員，謝謝你們照顧圓仔，給了我們在苦悶生活中每天期待的小小幸福。

【生活中心／台北報導】中央氣象局指出，原位於菲律賓東方近海的熱帶性低氣壓在今日上午發展為輕度颱風，是今年第1號颱風，命名為「玲玲」（Lingling，香港命名，原意為女子名），目前位置在馬尼拉東南方840公里海面上，也就是在恆春南南東方1490公里海面上，中心近似滯留。目前日本氣象廳和美軍都預測，玲玲未來將往西南方移動，對菲律賓會造成影響，不會影響台灣。

【陳偉周／基隆報導】小鴨髒得嚇人！基隆小鴨展出第26天，今天早上11時許，海洋廣場湧入上千名鴨迷，爭相與小鴨拍萌照徵選霍夫曼官網，由於小鴨身體縫線嚴重染黑，首次跟小鴨見面的男童驚嚇說「有夠髒的，應該洗香香再出來！」利用借位槌打小鴨，給他一點顏色瞧瞧。

李姓女童趁周末從台北來，難擋小鴨魅力，不忘給小鴨深情的一吻。從新竹北上來看小鴨的鄭姓小姐，覺得小鴨好萌，用指尖輕拍小鴨頭頂，7歲陳姓小女童與小鴨爭相比萌拍照，信心滿滿說「我比小鴨可愛多了。」

【洪振生/屏東報導】總統馬英九上午走訪屏東農業生物科技園區瑞寶基因和台灣福蝦兩家公司，聽取自由經濟示範區農業加值推動進展。隨後他探視在麟洛果菜市場賣椰子的慰安婦「小桃」阿嬤，93歲的阿嬤已不良於行，看到馬總統親訪感動得頻頻拭淚。

阿嬤看到馬總統來訪激動地說：「很高興您來看我」她還抱怨自己老邁無法北上總統府，馬總統安慰她說：「我來看您就好」總統還表達對於日本安倍首相到靖國神社表示遺憾。馬總統送給阿嬤春聯、奶粉、圍巾和2萬元紅包，還囑咐將安排全台僅剩的5名慰安婦到總統府用餐。
