【張勵德／台北報導】從今天白天起強烈大陸冷氣團雲系逐漸接近台灣，北部、東半部地區雲量增多，降雨機率提高，中南部地區維持多雲到晴的天氣。入夜後受到強烈大陸冷氣團影響，各地氣溫明顯下滑，中部以北地區低溫將降到攝氏13度，南部及東部地區低溫約攝氏15到16度。
 
中央氣象局表示，未來1周受到強烈大陸冷氣團籠罩影響，各地氣溫明顯偏低，中部以北沿海空曠地區最低溫下探攝氏10到11度，南部及東部地區低溫約攝氏12到14度。尤其明後2天水汽偏多氣溫又低，全台各地天氣都是濕冷的天氣型態，合歡山、玉山等高山地區有機會再次下雪，
 
氣象局提醒，這波強烈大陸冷氣團持續影響時間相當長，北部及東半部地區尤其濕冷，加上陣風明顯偏強，民眾感受到寒意會比實際測得的低溫更明顯，外出一定要做好保暖準備。

【陳方瑩／南投報導】由日月潭國家風景區管理處與中華民國運動休閒推廣協會共同舉辦，2014年日月潭第一場路跑盛事「櫻舞飛揚環湖路跑賽」，今天清晨6時，在日月潭向山遊客中心登場，天矇亮，挑戰組29公里4500人，及12環湖組2500人，頂著攝氏11度低溫，精神奕奕暖身後，分批鳴槍出發，五顏六色人龍在蜿蜒在環湖公路上移動，相當壯觀！
 
多數民眾攜家帶眷跑跑停停，放慢腳步欣賞曙光、湖光山色美景，來自新竹選手抱著嬰兒，挑戰12公里路程，他說，帶孩子參加他人生第一跑，希望他健康快樂，「有信心，一定跑完全程」，還有選手戴著可愛頭飾、鮮豔假髮上路，歡度健康活力假日。
