〔自由時報記者鄭淑婷、邱奕統、周敏鴻、余瑞仁、陳炳宏／綜合報導〕桃園市李家的3層樓透天厝，2個月前遭小偷，李家加裝鐵窗防賊，昨晨李家失火，鐵窗卻阻斷逃生路，濃煙烈焰奪走李家祖孫3人性命，其中19歲兒子李振偉陳屍頂樓門口，只差一步就能逃出，令人唏噓。

桃園市天祥六街一幢3層樓透天厝，昨晨5點10分，一樓客廳竄出火苗，睡在二樓屋主李在良與妻陳淑靜發現後報警，因裝潢多為木造、壁紙，神明廳堆放大量金紙，且二樓鐵皮加蓋造成悶燒，現場還發生閃燃。
慌亂中找不到鑰匙
消防員說，李在良與妻跑到陽台求救，慌亂間找不到陽台鐵窗的鑰匙，消防員破壞鐵窗救出2人，再從此處入屋灌救。
消防員破窗救夫妻
火勢6點5分撲滅，消防員在三樓通往頂樓的樓梯間，找到李在良的65歲母親邱蝶好、20歲女兒李鈺婷、兒子李振偉，都被燒焦碳化，研判逃生時被濃煙嗆昏而罹難，遺體移出時，李母癱軟哭喊「我的小孩啊！」李在良撫著女兒遺體痛哭「是爸爸不好！」不斷自責「我應該回去救他們的！」警、消調查，起火點在客廳電視附近，疑為電線走火釀禍。
李家是當地世族，前副縣長李朝枝、副議長李曉鐘，是屋主的堂叔、堂哥。
親友透露，李家以往養雞為業，李在良近年轉往中國經營電子業，每3個月返台1次，8日才剛回國；而命喪火窟的姊弟，分別就讀中國科大財政稅務系、健行科大工業管理系，李家小女兒因在外念書而逃過一劫。
鄰居說，火勢剛起時，似曾聽到2姊弟喊叫「煙怎麼這麼大？怎麼會這樣！」自強里里長陳林雲華說，李家祖孫三代感情融洽，家裡狀況才好轉卻遇惡火。學校指出，李鈺婷人緣佳，每天由桃園家中通勤到校，成績不錯；李振偉雖是新生，但熱心學校事務，也很上進。
這場火燒出問題，消防栓離火場超過450公尺，影響救火；失火後，台電人員6點10分才趕到斷電，消防員救人時頻被電到，連牆壁都有電，導致救災緩慢。
台水表示，消防局早應規劃好災變用水，不能到現場才找消防栓；台電喊冤說，獲報後13分鐘就到場處理。
有民眾質疑，消防車射水時間太慢，消防局回應，民眾監視器時間慢了20分鐘，消防車行車紀錄器顯示，首輛水車5點19分抵達，5點23分射水，並無延誤。
