最近想跟親戚在同一區域 建透天 附近有幾個地點可選 其中有兩塊地相鄰 可以一起建 那中間相鄰的牆就一起共建共用 若以30坪土地 (面寬4.8米 深22米) 建蔽/容積:60/180 建樓高3.2米 3層樓 (房子應該有14+米深) (1)柱+壁 用鋼筋加灌漿 (2)柱 用鋼筋加灌漿, 壁 用磚頭砌 各種狀況下 共用牆壁大概可以幫我省多少??? 其實彼此感情很好 卻又想有幾十公尺的緩衝距必離... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.220.7

蘇選北市？顧立雄：應宣示不選總統

爭取民進黨台北市長提名的律師顧立雄上午表示，如果民進黨主席蘇貞昌考慮選台北市長，應宣示不參選2016總統，不然的話，可能會讓選民有所質疑，這是他「個人從民進黨勝選角度」的看法。

民進黨重量級人士勸進蘇、蔡「再戰雙北」，基層傳出拱蘇參選台北市長的聲浪，有意爭取台北市長黨內提名的律師顧立雄指出，蘇若決心要參選台北市長，應宣示不參選2016總統，避免選民有所質疑。

顧立雄上午受民進黨台北市議員邀請，談到台北市選舉的話題，受訪時表示，若這是最好的安排，前提必需是蘇決心要參選2014台北市長，且要能讓選民支持。

顧立雄指出，如果蘇選2014年台北市長，但是仍不放棄2016年總統的選戰佈局，對民進黨來講，應不是最好的安排，如果蘇貞昌仍有總統佈局，當然就不會有動念來選市長，「若他想要選市長，那他心中應有定念，2016總統不要選」。

第一次發文 有不懂和冒犯地方請大家多多包涵 情況: 八/九月各去GG面試一次 兩輪到處級主管 然後沉默了一陣子 也沒收到拒絕信函 當時人資回覆是主管還在面試其他人........... 但十月人資電話詢問是否還對此職缺有意願 當時電話回覆OK 說有後續會在電話聯繫....然後又是一陣沉默 十一月最近幾天人資又電話約面試(很不好意思的口氣 說要第三次面試) 我回覆人資沒關係 也把可面試時間橋出來 但昨天又電話說主管都已經看過檔案 還在面試其他人.....這一兩周會有回覆 請問: 這到底是什麼情況呢??? 有點迷惑.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.116.223.3

呂秀蓮遭濫訴調查報告 監察院通過

前副總統呂秀蓮去年向監察院陳情，批評特偵組濫權起訴特別費與國務機要費案，辦綠不辦藍，調查她的國務機要費案，過程不公，監察委員黃煌雄等人上午二度將調查報告提交監察院司法及獄政委員會委員會討論，中午獲得通過。但黃煌雄以調查報告全文與標題還在修訂、獨自發言恐涉以偏蓋全為由，暫不肯透露案情。監委如何看待特偵組辦案手法，受到矚目。

前副總統呂秀蓮向監察院陳情指特偵組濫權起訴，日前由監委黃煌雄完成調查報告，前經過監察院司法及獄政委員會委員會討論沒有共識，委員會今日上午二度就調查報告進行討論，中午通過審查，並依與會監委意見修正文字。
