最近想跟親戚在同一區域 建透天 附近有幾個地點可選 其中有兩塊地相鄰 可以一起建 那中間相鄰的牆就一起共建共用 若以30坪土地 (面寬4.8米 深22米) 建蔽/容積:60/180 建樓高3.2米 3層樓 (房子應該有14+米深) (1)柱+壁 用鋼筋加灌漿 (2)柱 用鋼筋加灌漿, 壁 用磚頭砌 各種狀況下 共用牆壁大概可以幫我省多少??? 其實彼此感情很好 卻又想有幾十公尺的緩衝距必離... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.220.7
