臺日棒球對抗賽結束了 大家想必是罵聲連連 罵台灣的代表隊不振 尤其是打擊不振 觀念不好 態度差很多 比起打對台的亞職熱身賽 差真的太多了 說真的 大學和業餘棒球長久以來就是這樣 環境一直都不振 球員怎麼提升 我在想 冬季聯盟會在11月底開打 希望棒協 可以報一隊打冬季聯盟 球員由大學 業餘明星 加上旅外球員組成 參加冬季聯盟 直接跟日本二軍 南韓二軍 多明尼加 中職二軍聯隊 打20場以上的比賽 藉由較高強度的比賽 提升技術水準 這樣比起舉辦只打三場的對抗賽 還更有幫助 雖然賺不到錢 但提升業餘棒球的水準 長久下來是絕對有幫助的 也可以滿足棒協的"奪牌主義" -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.159.54.105

〔記者湯世名／彰化報導〕「有鬼魂躲在妳的胸部，卡很緊！需要解開胸罩！」 腹痛求助鑑因法師 台南一名女子肚子痛跑到彰化向「鑑因法師」吳其鑑求助，他卻裝神弄鬼，若有其事地向 魔鬼喊話，說什麼：別以為躲在那裡，出家人就不敢摸，接著就動手捏乳，假裝驅鬼；檢 方認為，吳其鑑在佛教界佔有一席之地，卻心生淫念，違反色戒，敗壞社會風氣甚鉅，昨 依妨害性自主罪起訴，請求院方從重量刑。 摸女體驅鬼太離譜 鑑因法師摸女體驅鬼，民俗專家林正義強調，現代醫學昌明，醫生就是活菩薩，有病當然 是看醫生；要分清楚身、心、靈，佛教正法中，沒有摸身幫信眾趨吉避凶或收妖除魔祛病 的，那全是藉口，太離譜。 受害女子指控，今年6月6日，她因肚子痛到員林鎮的蓮社求助，76歲鑑因法師叫她躺在3 樓大殿地上，先對她拍頭、拍身體，後來竟伸手進衣服裡，隔著胸罩撫摸她雙乳，還裝神 弄鬼說「鬼就躲在那裡，它以為我是出家人就不敢往那裡摸」。 女子受驚抗拒，鑑因法師卻說「妳這次隔太久了喔！這次卡很緊！」隔著胸罩抓捏乳房， 又假意對鬼說話「你跟得好緊，跟了好幾年啦！」又說「把胸罩解開！」揉捏她的乳房， 直到最後說「好了！」女子趕緊穿好胸罩、衣服。 女子驚魂未定，法師又命她躺下，往她的陰部方向拍打，還說鬼「跑去那裡（指陰部）躲 著了！」隔著牛仔褲用手指戳陰部2下，還解開褲扣，隔著內褲戳其陰部2下，「施法」結 束後，女子倉皇逃離報案。 吳其鑑到案後，承認有捏乳頭等行為，卻喊冤說，儀式全程在驅鬼除業障，對方未說「不 」，還說「很舒服」。 辯稱加持 對方同意 彰化地檢署開庭時，吳其鑑承認抓她胸部、壓其陰部，但絕無強制猥褻，而是為她加持， 動作前均先告知女子，並得到同意。 檢方認為，吳其鑑長年在全國多處佛堂講經說法，信徒眾多，在佛教界享有盛名及地位， 理應遵守佛教戒律，樹立典範，竟心生淫念，違反色戒，假借為信眾加持治病之名，行上 下其手之實，逞其私慾，對被害人造成身心重大傷害，更嚴重傷害佛教團體形象，敗壞社 會風氣甚鉅，且犯後仍避重就輕，試圖合理化自己行為，未坦承所犯罪名，建請院方從重 量刑，以示警懲。 記者昨到蓮社，工作人員稱吳其鑑不在。附近鄰居則說，平時他們與法師碰面，都會打招 呼，但不知蓮社內部運作情形。 http://goo.gl/Oj7nAx -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.253.159.143
