【黃任膺／台中報導】為活化古蹟歷史建築，臺中首次舉辦的「築‧光‧臺中-3D光雕藝術展」於11月登場，日前開幕式「迎光音樂會」利用臺中州廳優美的古蹟建築演出「光燦百年3D光雕秀」與「築光幻影秀」，透過3D投影技術讓建築瞬間改頭換面，在城市的夜晚中「活」起來。11月8日中繼場「光戰史」移師臺中演武場展出，再創高潮。
 
演武場的活動以真人互動的「幻影秀」為主秀，結合道禾六藝文化館現場古琴與劍道展演，道禾的傅小綵老師以古琴彈奏無數動人美麗的故事，並由蕭英傑老師帶領劍道演藝。
 
主秀「築光幻影秀」以虛擬互動的最新科技讓真人與光影交錯演出，影武者「光子」重現演武場的武道精神，穿梭時空，在古老的武道場上與光影幻化的黑暗勢力戰鬥，舞者的肢體與光影共舞，舉手投足間的浮光掠影、漣漪擴散，打造一場聲光共奏、虛實交錯的奇幻夢境。
 
現場還有設有「建築光影互動彩繪」區，民眾透過採繪軟體，親自體驗在歷史建築牆上用光色塗鴉的樂趣。
 
文化局表示，11月15日、16日的系列活動將再返回臺中州廳，由「NTSO臺灣交響樂團」帶領觀者回味經典的「光燦百年3D光雕秀」與「築光幻影秀」，讓向隅的群眾再次見證臺中州廳的百年風華。

麥香紅茶真是辛苦 還必須一條一條的審核
但假設被禁言的都是違規的話,

有些還真是專制呢

舉例:
   1. 不尊重他人,挑釁,蓄意激起筆戰

這似乎不太符合言論自由

有些人講話就是不討喜,避免不了的, 應該是可以不理會就好

硬性規定被禁言,有種在管教小孩子的感覺.

    2. 回覆多篇［魚友互助問答］子板文章，內容參雜部份抄襲他人提供答案
這比個人寫論文還嚴格, 附上參考資料應該就可以了吧?

畢竟有些人不熟悉板(例如我) 又懶惰, 有時候直接發問, 有人引用來回答也不錯阿.

  3. 有些原本寫禁言3天 一星期的, 後來又補上 "永久禁言"

    似乎有些火藥味!

（軍聞社記者郭家良高雄八日電）國防部副參謀總長李喜明中將今天主持第四季國軍旋翼機部隊「戰訓整備」學術研討會，強調飛航「安全」首重紀律，幹部應貫徹各個面向的紀律維護，發揮專業精神，具體落實空地勤安全管理，進而戮力戰演訓任務，確保部隊戰力不墬。

　李副總長上午在國防部相關聯參主管陪同下，前往海軍左營神鷹基地，主持旋翼機部隊「戰訓整備」學術研討會，三軍戰訓、後勤處長及旋翼機部隊飛行員等代表出席與會，希望運用專業管理方法，防範危安事件肇生，共同維護飛行部隊安全與戰力。

　研討會首先由陸、海、空軍分別就「陸航部隊災害救援管制作法」、「海軍艦機組合作業訓練之探討」及「自動飛操對直升機飛行人員操作之影響」等專題實施報告，並由三軍司令部及國防部總督察長室，針對近期國內外重大飛安事件進行案例宣導及應處作為說明。

隨後，李副總長也對與會人員實施精神講話與工作指導，並頒發加菜金，慰勉同仁戰訓辛勞。

　李副總長表示，安全工作不應僅僅注重表面的數字和紀錄，而是要讓飛行機組員、地勤維保人員，甚至是戰、航管人員等，都能明瞭「安全」的重要性；如此，討論「安全」才能顯現其意義和價值。

　李副總長強調，各級幹部不管位處哪一種階層、職務，應隨時保持危機意識，建立「風險管控」觀念，堅守規範和標準作業程序，各司其職，做好份內工作，並落實「一級督導一級」要求，才能進一步確保飛安，共同維護國軍整體戰力。
