我倒覺得LH2的走向像是朝向現實主義和理想主義間的爭論。 簡單的說明。 所謂現實主義是一個實然面的假設， 其係指國際關係中，各國僅為了自己的利益而相互鬥爭的一個現象。 套在此劇之中，正巧與古美門所主張即為類似， 律師為了自己雇傭人之利益，不擇手段地擊敗對方， 坑盟拐騙無所不用其極，而單單僅為一個"利"字。 現實主義的近代理論中，強調著「相對利益」的概念， 意即我不在乎我行為後之收益究竟得到多少， 但重點是我所行為之收益一定要比你多， 那麼就會造成兩方無法合作之情形發生。 此戲中，也正因為古美門對於勝利的執著， 以至於他一旦佔到上風之後，絕對不會和對方妥協。 而理想主義，則是屬於應然面之理論， 主張的是建立和平的機制，透過溝通等的手段來使雙方和平共處。 近代之自由主義理論(理想主義的延伸)，更是強調著「絕對利得」的概念， 也就是我注重的是我所得的多少， 因此如果在兩方合作的情況下，會比單一方勝利，或兩敗俱傷的情況所得還多的話， 那就有可能得到合作的可能。 我們可以看到戲中羽生的思考模式正是如此， 他所求是一個世界大同，兩邊都爽的理想， 因此他不斷地想透過和解、私下協調，又或者事後交換補償之手段， 來使兩造雙方都得到好處。 有趣的是，羽生的想法與手段在戲中不斷演進， 從一開始不擇手段地尋求和解，到後來改成協調， 到第五集時以交換不同利益的方式來尋求共利。 (社長失去寶座，換得友誼；創作者拿到金錢，再換成友誼) 還有點好玩的是，因為作者將古美門設定為戰無不勝， 所以可以想像成古美門為兩邊行為之主導者， 亦即他有權力與能力去先決定他所想的行為， 而羽生被設定為必敗，所以他就必需要先follow古美門之行為， 再決定自己的行為。 事實上在看這部片時，是個頗值得深思的。 我們不能指責誰對誰錯(雖然片中偷偷偏頗理想主義)， 畢竟正如第五集黛所說的，人皆有權利去主張自己的權利， 但我們可以想得是，怎麼樣的主張，是比較合於這個社會的。 究竟是一個交征利，還是一個處處妥協的主張，會比較適合我們呢？ -- 我一定是期中考讀瘋了才會在這邊這種東西ㄏㄏ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.4.182

如題, 因為原po本身長跑的速度相當慢,常常被超車那種... 前天第一次去那邊慢跑,第一次使用nike+ app, 跑完3公里花費17分鐘, 因為顧著調整呼吸, 完全忘記跑了幾圈, 只是感覺自己沒有跑那麼快, 質疑手機GPS有誤差 XD 所以下回想人工用圈數來計算, 想向有在那邊跑步的大大請益, 外圈大約是多少公尺? 感謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.89.133

豐田汽車7日宣布從全球召回3.3萬輛汽車、皮卡（pickup truck）和商用車，以檢修可能造成引擎故障的問題。

豐田發言人韓森（John Hanson）表示，此次大部分待檢修的車款來自日本，另從美國召回約4,000輛備配四缸引擎的Tacoma皮卡。其他召修車款包括Land Cruiser Prado中型休旅車和數個大型車款。

這次召修的汽車全都是今年出廠，因引擎汽門彈簧有缺陷，可能產生損害，導致引擎發出異常噪音，甚至在行駛中熄火。而造成缺陷的原因是未正確保養零件。負責製造引擎汽門彈簧的是日本中央發條株式會社。

世界最高的樹有多高？國家地理雜誌邀請攝影師麥可‧尼可斯，在科學家席列特團隊的協助之下，爬上了生長於美國加州內華達山、一株名為「總統樹」、高20層樓的巨木紅杉。

他一段一段地記錄下它的各種面貌，讓更多人能夠看見另一個高度的視野與生物，結果登載於11月出版的「國家地理雜誌」中文版。

巨木紅杉是「森林中的巨人」，在全世界僅生長於加州內華達山的西邊斜坡。它們長得比20層高樓還高，每年結的針果量可達8萬2000顆、有20億片葉子。科學家測得，「總統樹」年齡約3千2百歲，竟然還在快速生長。

彰化地檢署今天粗估大統公司七年來共製造了近三萬噸摻了銅葉綠素、香精、亂混的黑心油，可能多數都被民眾吃下肚，其中用已榨過的橄欖粕油製造的混油約有二千六百多噸，由於再查出有賣油給頂新、福懋油，得重新擴張不法所得，將在十三日法院開庭時再提出資料，粗估不法所得逾廿億元。
