衛福部追查銅葉綠素進口狀況，發現金鎬公司進口最多，主要供應下游宇馨興業、佳格食品、興霖食品及頤農公司。

衛生福利部追查進口銅葉綠素廠商有2家，分別是「台灣比菲多醱酵股份有限公司」及「金鎬貿易有限公司」，近3年分別進口100公斤及1200公斤。

食藥署北區區管中心主任馮潤蘭說，比菲多的下游廠是台灣原貿股份有限公司。金鎬的下游廠是宇馨興業有限公司、佳格食品股份有限公司、興霖食品股份有限公司及頤農股份有限公司。

食藥署副署長吳秀英說，銅葉綠素是從植物中提取葉綠素（通常取自羊茅和苜蓿），然後用化學方法修飾（或穩定），以銅取代該分子核心，便可得到穩定著色劑銅葉綠素。

她說，依「食品添加物使用範圍及限量暨規格標準」規定，銅葉綠素及銅葉綠素鈉可添加在口香糖、泡泡糖、乾海帶、蔬果加工品、烘焙食品、果醬、果凍、飲料等產品中，用量以銅計為40~150 mg/kg不等。
