食品藥物管理署昨天的烏龍公文，波及油品業者下架，消基會秘書長雷立芬表示，食品安全已經成為無政府狀態。

各大業者與賣場通路紛紛在網站澄清，或提出檢驗證明自清，保證自家油品安全。雷立芬表示，業者遲遲等不到政府協助，沒想到政府還落井下石，只能依靠自我保證，挽救消費信心。

雷立芬說，業者與民眾寧可信任SGS檢驗報告，也不願意等待政府。這件事情已經凸顯政府公信力蕩然無存。

泰山企業股份有限公司公關主任孫琳鳳表示，這件事情讓我們花了很多資源，向消費者解釋。但泰山肯定政府查緝行動，也希望政府能做些事情，挽回市場信心。
