【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】一隻野生母紅毛猩猩日前被印尼蘇門答臘島的村民捕獲，牠被帶回村子裡拴在一根插在地面的木棒上，村民們不給牠吃喝，而是輪流戲弄虐待牠藉以取樂。有村民看不下去，暗中聯繫英國在當地的動物救援組織。救出這隻可憐的紅毛猩猩，將擇日把牠野放回大自然。

英國《每日郵報》報導，這隻紅毛猩猩被村民拖回村子以後，被眾人圍著戲弄折磨，因為身上栓了一條繩索，想跑也跑不了。幸好有正義村民通知駐紮印尼的國際動物救援組織。救援人員趕到將這隻母紅毛猩猩救出，並移置救援中心。

《每日郵報》稱，生物學家認為一百年前有31.5萬隻紅毛猩猩，但經過人類濫殺，如今印尼只剩一萬出頭。因此救援小組不只救狗，還教導村民們不可濫抓濫捕，以免對物種或生態造成傷害。

針對電腦大廠華碩涉嫌以幽靈型號，混充新型中央處理器CPU參與政府採購，獲取優先權金額達百億。環保署長沈世宏今天上午回覆立委蘇清泉質詢指出，華碩違反環境保護產品管理作業規範，」停權一年，不得申請環保標章。

環保署規定全台政府單位採購電腦PC設備，以有環保標章優先。2011年台北自來水事業處採購時，發現華碩取得環保標章的桌上型電腦PC，搭載intel第二代CPU，但是標章規格卻是第一代CPU 。

環保署表示，今年2月發現華碩一年內，有4件產品不符環境保護產品管理作業規範，依規定每件環保標章不符規定記4點處分、超過10點停權一年，華碩4件違規已達16點，明年2月前不得申請環保標章。

華碩目前有82張環保標章，多為電腦主機、all in one PC、筆電，申請「環保標章」驗證時，必須附經濟部標檢局商品驗證登錄證書（BSMI），華碩同時違反商品檢驗法規定。

【胡治言／綜合報導】高雄蔡姓男子發現當女警的妻子與同單位池姓警員搞曖昧，去年9月3人談判後，池男簽切結書願賠300萬，但事後反悔，蔡男提告要求履約，高雄地院認定池男並非遭脅迫才簽契約，判池男須依約全賠。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，判決指出，去年9月4日池男與妻子到蔡家談判，不過池妻只在樓下等待，未參與。蔡男將談判過程全錄下，包括妻子坦承曾與池男上摩鐵、在車內脫衣磨蹭、愛撫等。 池男聲稱，當天他接到蔡妻電話說被家暴，基於同事情誼前往協調，他見蔡男情緒失控，不斷毆打蔡妻還預藏刀械，他被恫嚇且迫於無奈才簽切結書。但3個月後他就發存證信函撤銷切結書。

法官認為，談判當天除雙方外，還有許多親戚參與協調，而當時池男不僅行動自由，還可撥電話，且他也無法舉證蔡男預藏刀械，因此認定池所簽切結書有效，須依約賠償。
