其實也不算有雷 我只能說坐在電影院的時候我個人其實相當的投入在劇情推演當中 電影結束時的確覺得〝哇！真是不錯看〞可是走出戲院回到家回想劇情卻是覺得WTF... 以爽片來說節奏不錯 但是最後決戰的轉折拍的不太夠味 以至於變成精彩有餘批判不足的爽片 就是勇者努力升級打怪的故事 可惜了結局那麼棒的劇情轉折(雖然我有猜到就是了) 私心覺得如果是保羅范赫文來拍應該可以成經典 不過就算單純以娛樂性還是值得一看 就只是可惜少了那麼一點... -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 90.187.63.99

南鐵東移議員槓賴清德 http://www.twtimes.com.tw/index.php?page=news&nid=366918 　〔記者鄭德政南市報導〕市議員盧崑福昨天以「台南市運河，臭味何時了？」 、「鐵路向東移，要有同理心」、「新沙卡里巴，痛苦的二十年」、「黑心毒油 ，市府查多少？」、「億載幼兒園，沒時間再等！」、「市府永華路，路燈裝好 看！」及「台南市獨特資源與國際化」七大議題質詢，針對鐵路地下化與新沙卡 里巴與市長賴清德唇槍舌劍。 　 盧崑福說，鐵路地下化攸關台南市利益和發展，中央經費已編妥，賴市長當初說 去年施工，迄今仍未突破，到底還要等多久？他問賴市長目前規劃案是否合法？ 賴清德表示，合法。盧說，既然合法為何不敢去做？賴說，尚在溝通協調中。 鐵路地下化六點一六公里連續壁打三十米深，東西向水文改變，恐成為海安路地 下街翻版，許添財時未召開公聽會，希賴清德應儘速評估。住戶要求召開聽證會 ，希市府以同理心處理。賴清德表示，南市只配合都更，自救會要求召開法律效 力聽證會於法無據。盧崑福說，市府要開，法律問題再由法律解決。賴清德說， 聽證會結論可取代行政權，屆時恐要打行政訴訟。 　 沙卡里巴攤商市府要求十一月底自行拆除，盧崑福表示，站在情理法應暫緩執行 ，前市長施治明、許添財任內曾承諾海安路地下街完工後遷回，因施工延宕責任 在市府，五百五十七戶攤商正常繳稅，卻面臨強制遷拆除命運，家計受到衝擊， 市政是延續的，市府應先做好安置工作，協商未完成前希暫緩執行。賴清德指出 ，該案法院已判決確定，學校興建已拖了十年，不得不做，攤商使用現址二十年 ，積欠租金九千五百六十二萬元，市府已賠償教育部三千多萬元，市府可代位求 償。 　 盧崑福代攤商交付戰帖給賴市長，指南市升格，請法制處依地方制度法，針對沙 卡里巴攤商研擬自治法規，送議會審議為該案解套。賴清德說，立法不能針對個 案，須再研究。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.75.235.127
