【李英婷／台北報導】針對民進黨提出的倒閣案，國民黨團今中午召開黨團大會凝聚共識。國民黨團書記長林德福會後受訪表示，黨團達成一致決議，反對倒閣案，倘若黨籍立委未採取與黨團一致立場，包括投錯票或缺席，最嚴厲處分將建請中央開除黨籍。林德福強調，這是政黨對決，沒有迂迴空間，下周二表決前將再次召開黨團大會凝聚共識。

國民黨團強硬表達反對倒閣案，政策會執行長林鴻池表示，原本黨團僅延續過往處分，黨籍立委若因故不到、不按黨團決議投票，移送黨中央處理，但國民黨立委林郁方卻主張，這是重大違紀，必須直接開除黨籍，因此經過在場委員投票決議，只要沒投下反對票，就建請黨中央開除黨籍。

台灣團結聯盟組織部主任蔡豐文今天發出「召集令」，公開徵求具有台灣意識、服務熱心、品德操守好及關心政治的優秀人才，接受台聯提名投入明年底的縣市議員選舉。

【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】諾貝爾文學獎將在台灣時間今晚7點揭曉，日本作家村上春樹由於呼聲高，多家日本媒體包括NHK、朝日電視台等都做報導為村上集氣。

英國博彩公司以2賠5賠率，看好村上拿下今年文學獎，加拿大短篇小說家艾莉絲孟若（Alice Munro）以1賠4緊追在後。村上去年就被看好拿獎，但最終不敵中國作家莫言。而日本中央大學文學系宇佐美毅教授認為，比起先前拿文學獎的日本作家川端康成、大江健三郎，村上鮮少觸及社會政治議題，可能不太得諾貝爾獎評審的緣。
