They would then identify a specific engineer for me. Next I'd scare the engineer by telling them how bad things would be if anyone inside or outside knew what I was going to ask them to do. They would verify with their director, and hopefully be able to fix the relevant problem. We'd slip them some PC hardware if needed or preferably use Virtual PC or the like to be more inconspicuous. They certainly couldn't tell their co-workers about this work. Personally, I didn't talk either ... my close friends and family knew I was working on some secret project but they didn't find out what until Steve himself made the announcement. Apple had total control of the message. Most of the people in SDM (supply demand management) see it as something they need to suck up for a few painful years after b-school so they can move on to a better gig with the Apple brand on their resume. Like the investment banking of tech. Culture here is strictly top down: any attempt to streamline, impact change, or even discuss a better way to do anything is strictly frowned upon when it comes from the bottom. Work longer/harder, don't complain or try to fix any of the myriad broken systems or processes, and don't forget that there are 10 people lined up outside to take your spot (your manager won't forget). Work here at your own risk. That made for a fair degree of tension with some senior staff coming in from other parts of the technology industry. 2) The brand is guarded with a zeal that borders on zealous obsession. For instance - I heard (unconfirmed) that all the maple surfaces in all the retail stores are harvested at one particular time of the year in Canada so they all look the same. The store layouts are closely monitored for consistency - often Jobs would go along to the local ones on the West Coast of the US just to 'observe' them.. 3) The atmosphere is not as zanily creative as you might imagine. I was shocked and flabbergasted at the role these reviewers had at Apple. As an engineer, I was told to tend to feature requests that were made by Mossberg and party. 餐廳名稱:十一街麵食館 消費時間:2013年/9月 地址:新竹縣竹北市光明一路275號 營業時間:AM11:00~PM9:30 圖文版:http://thudadai.pixnet.net/blog/post/53213986 前陣子突然想吃麵食和一些小菜,查了一下發現竹北這間十一街似乎挺有名, 問之前在竹北住比較久的Partner要不要吃這間?她跟我說她以前偶爾會去吃。 但是這次吃完之後只感覺還好而已,可能我沒點到招牌菜色吧? 另外有一點就是它的餐點價格都偏高,所以C/P值被拉低。 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 這間麵食館規模大到讓我有點訝異,人當然也是多到不行, 點菜單看過去大約就是眷村菜加上熱炒的組合。 除此之外當然不能缺少眷村菜必定要有的滷味,門口有檯子供自取,每盤約40~50元。 先拿了三樣小菜,皮蛋豆腐、涼拌茄子、黃金蛋。 皮蛋豆腐沒什麼好說,涼拌茄子還不錯夠味,黃金蛋入味但有點太熟,感覺還好~ 接下來吃一下聽說是招牌的胡瓜水餃,一顆賣到七塊錢。 我要推的是它的皮,恰當的厚薄度和咬下去會有一丁點黏牙的咬勁 ,是我喜歡的類型,水份也有確實瀝乾,粒粒飽滿。 可是內餡就有點普通,吃的出胡瓜絲的味道,但是就是少了一點胡瓜水餃 應該會有的甜味,見面不如聞名,整體頂多算中上的水餃。 滷肉飯的部分,八角等香料香氣較重,肥瘦各半的肉燥算燉得頗綿軟,口味略鹹~ 整體有古早氣息,但也比較沒特色,很多地方都吃的到的口味。 Partner點了一碗三口雞汁意麵(NT$60),就如同它的名稱,吸三口就掰了 ,味道就真的很普通,屬於吃完就忘記剛剛吃了什麼的類型。 再來是眷村特色菜炒餅,我覺得炒得太濕了,比較喜歡乾乾要有點焦的炒餅, 口味和香氣也偏清淡,沒有眷村菜應有的油鹹感,喜愛度不高。 貢丸蛋包湯(小),兩顆貢丸、蛋包和很普通的湯頭,這樣要55元有點貴。 熱炒的部份我點了生菜蝦鬆(NT$185)、富貴蝦球(NT$180)、蝦醬空心菜(NT$100) ,全部都不推薦,不是不好吃,只是吃起來很普通。 蝦球炸出來的口感不太ok,生菜蝦鬆則是蝦香氣沒到位。 結論:麵食和小菜類吃起來大部分就是"還好"、"普通"的那種感覺,味道是不差, 只是和價格以及名氣相比之下就會讓人覺得不太想來第二次,至於熱炒類就不用說了~ -- 我的Google美食地圖(台北-1):http://goo.gl/maps/tkUwO 我的Google美食地圖(台北-2):http://goo.gl/maps/OyLdd 我的Google美食地圖(桃竹苗):http://goo.gl/maps/tYphL 我的Google美食地圖(中南部):http://goo.gl/maps/NS4i5 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.135.237.87

標題[請益] 小公司RD或大公司FAE

大家好,最近在2個工作間猶豫,兩個工作各有優缺點,想參考各位先進的意見,或許 有我所沒想到的地方。 公司A:小型的IC設計公司 職務:RD 薪資與工時:一年14~15個月,每日約8~9小時,不常加班,要打卡。 工作環境:十分封閉,除了協力廠商幾乎很少與公司外的人交流。 專業領域:很窄,做了20年還是做相同類型的產品。 其他:公司支持進修。 公司B:上市IC代理商 職務:FAE 薪資與工時:一年14~16個月,有時候需要加班到很晚,有時候閒閒沒事,不用打卡。 工作環境:必須常常跟客戶交流。 專業領域:FAE什麼鬼問題都會遇到,所以知識涉獵要很廣。 其他:有分紅。 另外想請問: 1.內向的人適合做FAE嗎? 2.若學校不夠好,走RD未來換工作是不是比較容易受挫? 3.RD轉FAE我有聽過,但做了FAE以後還有可能轉RD嗎? 先謝謝大家了。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.166.125.159

不是很喜歡部門有女生 因為像身邊有例子 他們部門有女生 難的主管都丟給它它做 她都做簡單的 然後分紅卻都領一樣多 出差辛苦都找它它 它它只好24hr在客戶那被罵 因為主管怕她一個人出差會被強X 然後有它它跟其他它它聊黃色的 說下班要一起去排毒 被她聽到說要告它性騷擾 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.132.107

話說我會買DHC的完美淨白粉底霜 也是因為想湊購物節滿額贈才買的… 那個卸妝油造型的悠遊卡實在好可愛啊~~~ 喂~又離題了XD 回來回來! 但DHC這個粉底霜我第一次用就很驚艷 它不像之前用過的幾個大牌子的粉底霜那樣 粉很厚重 它還蠻好推的 我本身皮膚沒有說到完美無瑕的雞蛋肌 是有點小痘疤跟斑點的 雖然不多 但如果不遮瑕 膚況看起來就會很差@@ 不過這個完美淨白粉底霜的遮瑕力還蠻不錯的 上完之後 皮膚看起來會有種被柔焦的fu 把一些痘疤跟斑點都遮得很好 像有些痘疤比較明顯的地方 我都會再擠一些粉底霜出來 用點壓的方式 一下就蓋住了 而且遮得很自然 不需要再用遮瑕膏了 相當方便~ 最近我都粉底霜+壓個蜜粉定妝就出門了 到下午妝也不太會溶 還是很完整 而且也不會有浮粉問題 總之我是覺得cp值算高的囉~ ※ 引述《mcms (mcms)》之銘言: : 我原本只是要補它們家卸妝油+保健食品的 : 結果逛著逛著看到這個完美淨白粉底霜 : 看官網是說它遮蓋力好 持妝力強 : 默默就被這兩點給生火了 加上它一條也不到五百 XD : 不過不知道這個擦起來的的妝感是偏哪種? : 版上有人用過嗎 會推下手嗎? : 想說如果好用的話 : 就要放棄目前手上週年慶清單 直接買這條... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.187.99.201 ※ 編輯: flowerhigh 來自: 218.187.99.201 (10/11 15:32)
