【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】紐約曼哈頓這家咖啡店，一早如同平常繁忙，一名男客人準備離開時，不小心打翻一名女客人的咖啡，灑得她滿身，連筆電也都沾滿咖啡，女客人當場發飆，一陣狂罵後，女客人大叫：「離我遠一點」，並朝他隔空一推，男客人突然飛起被吸到牆上，其他客人看到無不目瞪口呆，有得還嚇得奪門而出，接著女客人雙手在空中一推，四周的桌椅立刻散開，更是讓旁人皮皮剉。
 
如此逼真的演出，是為電影《魔女嘉莉》所做的宣傳，由茱莉安摩爾和超殺女克蘿伊領銜主演，改編自驚悚大師史蒂芬金的作品，影片一開始就可看到工作人員忙著布置現場，準備上演精采好戲，這段咖啡店惡作劇影片，8日上傳後已獲得超過4百萬次點閱，宣傳效果十足。

歐洲央行與人民銀行同意建立雙邊換匯額度，銀行業者期盼，台灣與大陸應盡速簽署兩岸貨幣互換協議(SWAP)，擴大台灣境內人民幣儲備量與金額。

歐洲中央銀行（ECB）與中國人民銀行（大陸央行）同意建立雙邊換匯額度，藉此擴大歐元區內貿易融資管道，並加強國際使用人民幣。

歐洲央行今天發出電郵聲明稿宣布，這筆換匯額度效期將為3年，人民幣供應給歐洲央行時最大規模定在3500億元人民幣（570億美元），資金供應給人行時最大規模為450億歐元。

銀行業者表示，從歐洲央行與人行所簽的規模來看，人民幣可望在歐洲市場發展貿易、投資及儲備貨幣，增加人民幣在歐元區的影響性。

銀行業者表示，大陸已經跟很多國簽署SWAP，除了可以推動人民幣國際化，也可以擺脫美元的束縛。台灣央行若與人行簽署SWAP，可以擴大台灣境內人民幣儲備量，降低人民幣供應短缺情形，期望台灣與大陸在年底之前盡速簽署SWAP。

政治大學金融系教授殷乃平表示，為了推動人民幣國際化，大陸已經與許多國家簽署SWAP，依據過去的經驗，台灣與大陸簽署SAWP預估規模約在 300億美元左右。
