國慶大會今（10）日上午在總統府前廣場舉行，包括國防部聯合樂隊搭配三軍儀隊操槍表演在內，今年國慶大會共有8項精彩的表演節目，晚間在新竹漁港舉辦的國慶煙火秀更是國慶相關活動的壓軸好戲，長達連續42分鐘的絢爛煙火，將照亮風城的夜空。

今天的國慶大會將在上午9點24分，由國防部聯合樂隊暨三軍儀隊的表演下揭開序幕，有別於以往樂曲演奏內容，今年國防部聯合樂隊融入了中、英、美等國家的進行曲，再配合三軍儀隊精湛的操槍表演及隊形變換，將讓國人享受1場兼具視覺與聽覺的饗宴。

上午10點大會正式開始，在大會主席立法院長王金平及僑胞代表先後致完國慶賀詞後，王金平將依慣例進入總統府邀請總統馬英九參加國慶大會，而在「馬王政爭」風波仍未平息之下，馬、王兩人的互動格外受到各界關注，馬總統隨後將會發表20分鐘的國慶談話。

大會表演活動預計從10點52分開始，依序由「憲兵勤務連警衛排」（前身便是赫赫有名「憲兵機車連」）、後備憲兵重型機車隊、五育表現優異學生代表、惠文領袖幼兒園、三信家商、樹德家商、國立台灣戲曲學院登場演出。

今年的國慶煙火移師到「新竹」舉行，主題為「雙十國慶焰火綻風城」，活動地點在南寮漁港，晚間6點由樂團展開暖場，另安排強辯樂團、魔幻力量、白安、李佳薇、王詩安、飛兒樂團、謝金燕等藝人團體陸續登台演出，眾所期待的國慶煙火秀則從晚間7點開始，一直持續到7點42分才結束。

先講一下我的膚質狀況 膚色偏黑,不太長痘痘,T字部位稍微油一點 冬天的話兩頰也不會太乾 想找有光澤感的粉餅,今天先去巨蛋試NARS跟CHANEL的粉餅 1.NARS 其實我去NARS是想先問炫色腮紅"成人話題"這組能不能先預購 服務我的櫃姐是Irene 今天櫃上滿多人的,所以櫃姐們有點忙不過來的感覺 在櫃上晃了一下,Irene結束上個客人後就來詢問我需要甚麼了 人真的很親切 因為已經有想買的東西,直接問她"成人話題"是要周年慶當天買還是可以先預購 殊不知...........她說現在剩三組(限量二十組) 馬上二話不說,那我也要一盤!! 因為想順便找底妝,請她幫我試半臉"智慧水絨霜" Irene先用妝前乳幫我推掉原本的底妝,然後細心的幫我上粉 很保濕是真的,但靠近鼻翼的地方感覺有點浮粉 再來她幫我補腮紅,顏色是"慾望" 他有提醒我健康膚色上這類的粉色腮紅,會感覺妝比較濃 所以她先淡淡的幫我上一層,然後用"成人話題"的修容色幫我修容 整體感覺偏可愛,在我臉上也不會顯黑 很想試試看深喉嚨上面疊一點點慾望的感覺 結束後Irene貼心的問我要不要把另一邊臉補一補 但因為我還想去試別家的底妝,且之後就要回家了所以就說不用了 總之真的很大推漢神巨蛋NARS櫃的Irene櫃姐 2.CHANEL 其實靠櫃CHANEL還頗緊張的,我沒有一個人靠櫃過 而且就一臉學生樣(實際上也是學生啦ˊˋ) 感覺櫃姐忙著服務貴婦們,不太有時間理我 今天CHANEL櫃上客人也滿多的 是國慶日大家都出來拼經濟了嗎?! 在櫃上晃了一下,終於有櫃姐來理我了 告訴他我想試新的"活力光采雪紡水潤粉餅" 這塊粉餅上市也有一個月了,心得文少之又少 一開始是看到克拉克在FB推這塊粉餅,一直默默等他的心得文 後來十再等不了了,直接去櫃上試妝了 櫃姐一開始是先幫我試手上,後來我看手背看了很久 其實滿想請她幫我直接是臉上的 後來她大概看到我困惑的感覺,主動說要幫我試在臉上 她先用粉撲幫我上底妝,再用刷子全臉輕輕的刷一遍 色號是10 試完妝後,跟她表明想回家看一下出油的狀況後再決定 她很親切的說好啊,沒問題啊 從頭到尾都保持著笑容,也幫我抄下今天是粉餅的色號 可惜沒有看清楚她的名牌,只知道是個個子高膚色白臉有點圓潤的櫃姐 後來在巨蛋遇到朋友,跟她聊了一下,跟她說我剛去試妝 她馬上說:難怪,欸不要買!妝有點脫 哈哈哈哈哈好一個有話直說的朋友 再聊一陣子之後,她又說:現在看起來還不錯 估計是出油後比較服貼了,但因為身上沒有鏡子 所以想速速回家照鏡子 到家後,妝感無敵美!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 畢竟騎了十五分鐘的車,而且又在下班時間車潮的顛峰 感覺妝應該會脫的差不多了 其實不然,稍微出油後臉上的光澤感就是我要的!! 而且出油後並不暗沉,依然明亮 很想要明天就把他帶回家用131粉底刷試試看 題外話:131粉底刷真的是神刷耶!!!!! 對我來說上妝很方便很迅速,整臉快速均勻的戳戳戳 一分鐘就完妝了吧 買了131之後,原本被我冰著的KOSE,JILL STU等粉餅都救回來了 回歸正題 兩款粉底一個是粉霜,一個是粉餅 對於我來說,我會覺得粉餅比較方便點 因為我習慣用刷子上妝,如果是粉霜,每次用完都要洗 我實在是沒這麼勤勞 另外,想問問大家友推薦的洗刷水嗎? 還有巨蛋買三千送三百的禮卷,可以用在1F的化妝品和保養品上嗎? 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 182.235.146.203

男子玩BB槍　鄰居不滿拿空氣槍、鐮刀反制

【蕭夙眉／台中報導】台中市潭子區一名池姓男子(39歲)傍晚偕友人在潭子區豐興路旁空地玩BB槍，陣陣吵雜聲引發鄰居李姓男子(49歲)不滿，先躲在暗處拿空氣槍朝池男胸部射擊，再拿鐮刀劃傷對方胸部，池男不甘示弱，也以BB槍朝李男胸部、左手射擊，造成對方紅踵受傷，兩名傷者都自行就醫驗傷，警方已將兩人槍隻送驗，查驗是否具有殺傷性，目前全案先依傷害罪嫌偵辦，李男還要加告池男殺人未遂罪嫌。

《歐股》美債瀕臨違約邊緣，三大指數震盪殺尾盤

歐股9日持續走軟，儘管三大指數盤中數度力爭上游，但無奈午盤後隨著美股開盤走跌、市場擔憂美債違約的情緒再度瀰漫，致使指數於尾盤急轉直下，終場再度無功而返。

嘉實XQ全球贏家報價系統顯示，德國DAX指數跌0.46%(39.2點)至8516.69點；英國FTSE-100指數跌0.44%(27.92點)至6337.91點；法國CAC-40指數跌0.16%(6.48點)至4127.05點。 

區域性指標歐洲Stoxx-600指數下挫0.6%至305.13，已是連續第三日收跌，本周累計跌幅達1.5%。

歐巴馬總統前日警告，國會若未及時化解債限危機，美國將面臨經濟急劇衰退的風險。此前，他還曾致電共和黨籍眾議院議長貝納(John Boehner)重申，債限議題沒有妥協的餘地。美財政部評估舉債上限將在10月17日觸頂，國會預算辦公室估算債務違約日期可能會落在22至31日。

阿爾卡特-朗訊(Alcatel-Lucent SA)重挫6.9%至2.58歐元，創1月8日以來最大單日跌幅。外媒日前報導指出該公司擬組織減編10,000人，以削減10億歐元的成本支出。不過，法國總理Jean-Marc Ayrault表示，在未取得共識前，不會同意這項計畫。

韋丹塔資源公司(Vedanta Resources PLC)下挫4.7%至1,020便士，主因該公司透露，會計年度第二季辛巴威銅礦產出衰退26%，而印度卡納塔克邦(Karnataka)鐵礦區仍處在停工狀態。

德國藥品大盤商Celesio跌2.6%至19.96歐元。德國商業銀行調降Celesio投資評等至「中立」，認為該公司大股東不會同意美國同業McKesson在兩公司合併後取得Celesio的經營權。

2013年 十月十日 晚上 八點十分看車 家裡有打算買想買車，就去夢時代看車 剛到大門外頭就看到一個服務人員對一個家庭介紹車 走進去，櫃台有服務人員坐在那邊，但櫃台的服務人員沒搭裡我們 走到右手邊有停Fabia，車子旁邊有個小卓子疑似兩個服務人員再講事情 接下來走到左手邊看到方正車，這時看到剛剛在櫃台看到的服務人員 正在車子後面的椅子上翻書，看到他在翻書，心中只有一個念頭離開這邊 雖然說大家買東西時，討厭服務人員跟前跟後的 但Skoda的服務人員從頭到尾都沒有理過我們 連最簡單的一句 歡迎光臨都沒有講 如果有人要買Skoda的車建議不要去夢時代買車 連主動打招乎這種小事都不會做，想想看你買的新車出問題 他們真的會主動幫你解決問題嗎 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.172.121.115

飛行員突病倒　乘客鎮定迫降飛機

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】搭乘輕航機，飛行員突然病倒，機上唯一乘客又從沒開飛機落地的經驗，這樣緊急的事故，就發生在8日英國漢柏賽(Humberside)，一名輕航機飛行員，在飛行途中突然通知塔台，自己身體不適無法繼續飛行，塔台人員緊急找來2名飛行教練，指導機上唯一的乘客如何降落，所幸最後平安落地。

這家輕航機從距漢柏賽機場40公里的桑多福機場起飛(Sandtoft Airfield)，前來支援的飛行教練表示，這名成員對飛機儀表板一無所知，幾乎等於是在盲駛，不過幸好這名乘客相當鎮定，跟著他們的指令，駕駛飛機平安降落，不過突然病倒的飛行員，緊急送醫後不治。
