【大紀元2013年10月10日訊】（大紀元記者顧曉華綜合報導）10月8日，河南和江蘇兩地發生了2起砍人血案，兩起案件現場慘不忍睹。河南合肥被殺的是一位女僱主，凶手砍完人後不僅自殘，還淡定地坐在路邊抽煙。江蘇鹽城響水縣的戴某則被人割喉斷手。近期大陸類似事件頻繁，民眾感歎現在的人心扭曲，報復社會，憤世嫉俗。

據大陸媒體報導，10月8日上午7時50分左右，29歲的陸某在合肥市瑤海區臨泉路與新蚌埠路交口附近的勝利小區門口持刀將一名50多歲的中年女子當街捅死。

目擊者稱，當時天下著小雨，民從打著雨傘腳步匆匆，誰也沒有注意到，個頭不高、剃著平頭的陸某拿著一把短刀尾隨一名中年婦女，趁其不注意砍其一刀，中年婦女一邊呼救一邊逃跑，被行凶男子追上後連捅幾刀躺倒在地，其攜帶的雨傘跌落一旁，鮮血頓時染紅了小區的道路。

陸某行凶後，做出了讓民眾更不能理解的舉動，他將短刀捅向了自己的腹部，並連捅兩刀，然後坐在屍體旁的路邊抽煙，直到警方將其抓走。

據警方透露，事件起因為勞資糾紛，中年女子是陸某的僱主。中年女子當場死亡，陸某目前正在合肥市二院和平路院區接受治療，病房門口有2名警察看守，傷勢沒有生命危險。

另一起發生在江蘇鹽城響水縣雙園路的開發區路段，晚上8點 40分左右，男子戴某被人用斧頭砍斷左手，後又砍破頸部，致其流血過多當場死亡，現場血債斑斑。目擊者在向陸媒體記者描述現場狀況時仍然心有餘悸，「看到一名20多歲的男子身穿花襯衫，腳穿白色休閒鞋倒在血泊中。那名男子雙手顯然被砍過，左手幾乎是血肉模糊， 脖子也有被砍的痕跡。被追的人倒在了地上，後面的人上去一陣猛砍，真的太殘忍了。」

砍殺事件頻發 民眾感歎

近日，大陸類似砍人事件頻發，事件之慘忍程度令民眾咋舌。10月6日晚9時許，四川省成都市金牛區營康路一家火鍋店門前，一名20餘歲的男子手持菜刀，將在店門前路邊玩耍的一歲左右女童狂砍致多處受傷，手臂幾乎 被砍斷，生命垂危。女童母親見狀上前將女童從地上抱起逃跑，行凶男子持刀追砍母親，導致女童母親和另一位12歲女童被砍傷。

10月1日上午9時許，一男子在上海浦東北蔡地區陳橋村龔家宅持菜刀連砍6人，造成1人死亡，5人不同程度受傷，其中有幾位是與行凶者無關的路人。

9月2日中午，位於寧波市區的詠歸路上，一輛黑色比亞迪轎車撞了一男一女之後，從車上衝下一名手持馬刀的男子，當街砍殺被撞男子。從撞車到殺人，整個過程只有兩三分鐘，路人還沒反應過來，行凶男子拎著刀，很「淡定」地離開現場。

民眾感歎現在大陸社會是人心扭曲，報復社會，憤世嫉俗。社會邊緣化的人越來越多，國人素質越來越凌亂。

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】美國總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）正式宣布提名葉倫為Fed主席候選人，在明年1月接替柏南克（Ben Bernanke），一旦獲國會通過，將是Fed成立百年來首位女主席。

美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed）副主席葉倫（Janet Yellen）明年1月可望接掌Fed，在溫和鴿派繼續當家下，QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆貨幣政策）可望緩慢退場，給予亞洲新興市場充分因應時間，惟美元維持弱勢，不僅將推升日圓，使日本安倍經濟學效果大打折扣，還將延長人民幣升值期，造成人行貨幣政策陷入兩難。

匯豐控股（HSBC）指出，葉倫是聯準會中最鴿派代表人物，她被提名為聯準會主席人選，讓亞洲國家政府有時間針對美國利率調升做準備。他表示，葉倫可能緩慢縮減刺激政策規模，這讓亞洲國家政府重整本國經濟秩序留出了更多時間。

不過，葉倫雖在美國民主黨國會議員、國際社會與市場上獲得許多支持，但她也將面臨政治挑戰，預期共和黨參國會議員將以尖銳問題挑戰葉倫。《華爾街日報》指出，美國兩黨惡鬥可能由財政預算延伸至Fed主席任命，國會審查葉倫人事案恐怕也是漫漫長路。

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】墨西哥一40歲男子在自己25歲女朋友的牛仔褲頭上上鎖，以防止女友偷情，女友因數小時都無法上廁所，受不了報警，她表示因為太害怕男友，所以也不敢自己開鎖。

女友表示她被上鎖已經好幾年了，但這次因為尿急痛到無法忍受，決定鼓起勇氣報警，當局隨後逮捕她男友，男友坦承上鎖，並將鑰匙交給警方，但讓警方驚訝的是，這名女子並不願起訴她男友，所以男友隨後即被釋放，不過隔天男友簽署聲明承諾不會再鎖住女友的褲頭。

當局表示因為女方不願起訴，他們也無法多做什麼，當地女性團體認為當局應該主動採取行動，防範這類事件發生，因為許多女性都太害怕，只會默默忍受不公平的對待。

【吳國仲／新北報導】昨天深夜11時許，五股外寮路傳出一起火警，一家已打烊休息的土雞城突然冒出黑煙，被返家的鄰居發現，趕緊撥打一一九求助。

 新北市消防局獲報後，立即派遣人車前往，約10分鐘後便將火勢撲滅，所幸沒有任何人員傷亡。警消表示，現場燃燒位置在土雞城的鐵皮廚房，面積約3平方公尺，初步判斷是電線走火所導致，但確切原因還有待火調人員調查。
