【短片】抗議碧昂絲抄舞 全球千人聯跳

【即時新聞中心／綜合報導】比利時排舞老師姬爾斯美嘉(Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker)，因不滿美國樂擅天后碧昂絲(Beyoncé)抄襲舞步，誠邀世界各地的「舞」林高手，翻跳音樂影片(MV)舞姿，再結集成短片在社交網YouTube播出。 碧昂絲前年推出的歌曲《Countdown》，其MV涉嫌抄襲姬爾斯美嘉作品《Rosas danst Rosas》舞步，引起軒然大波。姬爾斯美嘉甚為不滿，於今年6月邀請全球的支持者，翻跳涉被抄襲的舞蹈，結果吸引1500人參與，每人寄出超過10小時的影片，再經姬爾斯美嘉剪接後，製作成近4分鐘的短片。 《Countdown》的音樂影片，與《Rosas danst Rosas》無論服飾和舞步都相似，同樣有4名女子順序做出動作，包括擺弄頭髮、扯開衣服和顫動，衣著一樣不修篇幅。

德意志喊買儒鴻 目標價上看350元

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】儒鴻（1476）第3季營收49.6億元，季增20%，年增40.2%，德意志證券表示，看好儒鴻第4季成長動能，2014~2015年產能強勁提升，調升營收和獲利預估，維持買進評等，但將目標價從320元上調至350元。
德意志證券指出，儒鴻第4季在越南和柬埔寨新產能和服飾訂單挹注下，預估第4季營收可季增24%，未來產能擴充成長可達54%，調升2014~2015年營收成長預估0.9%、7%，一併上調獲利預估2.2%、8.1%，每股獲利可望上看15.91元、20.76元
德意志證券指出，儒鴻順利搭上越南TPP題材，未來關稅減免的利差可望有題材，但利差貢獻還沒有開始。不過預估儒鴻未來採購紗線時，有望減免80%的關稅。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】印度一所理工學院，昨日發生一名學生不滿遭到退學，竟找來幫兇用鐮刀和利刀將校長砍死。 校內一名21歲航空工程系4年級學生皮查坎南（P. Pichaikannan），日前在一起學生爭執中擔任調停人，校方對他擅作主張、自設學生法庭感到不滿，罰皮查坎南退學，令他感到受辱，讓他萌生殺校長的念頭。 昨日早上8時，53歲校長蘇雷什（L.R.D. 記者王捷／台南報導 高雄委外拖吊流標五次，不到十天就造成交通大亂。台南自從縣市合併後，已兩年沒有 委外拖吊，交通亂象可想而知。昨日有民眾報案，資源回收車也違停在路邊，但警方到場 之後資源回收車已離去。 警方指出，資源回收車可能只是「臨停」在巷口收垃圾，民眾因為行車不便才報案。 黃姓民眾表示，來台南七年，對於台南的違停已經麻木了，不僅是紅、黃線違停，連巷 子裡都停滿了車，騎樓地更成了住家的車庫，甚至還占用了人行道，台南的巷子小，且大 部分都未劃線，所以如果有車停在未劃線的巷子裡，造成行車不便也無法拖吊。 警方指出，車子若停在未劃線的區域，造成民眾交通不便，警方會依據車牌號碼聯絡車 主移車，但若違停劃線區，警方會依程序開罰單。不過，開出十張紅單，大概只有五個人 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 會繳罰款，對於交通狀況也不會立即改善，建議交通隊加強拖吊比較有實質效果。 警員私下說，交通隊的拖吊車僅有兩輛，在縣市合併前，市政府怕得罪選民，不願意委 外拖吊，因此提高招標的門檻，才會流標三次，這早是公開的秘密。市府為了選票不願拖 吊，這種消極的作為，最後受害的還是市民。 2013/10/09 19:20 http://www.cdns.com.tw/20131010/news/nxyzh/T90058002013100919204904.htm -- 一部春秋史 千年孤臣淚 成敗難長久 興亡在轉瞬間 總在茶餘後 供於後人說 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.164.147.242

快樂學習、忘記年齡 龍華科技大學「樂齡大學」開學囉
