繼甜度風暴後，再度爆出加盟糾紛，今夏暴紅的清玉茶飲究竟出了什麼問題？

九月底，台灣檸檬產季才剛剛結束，引爆今年夏天檸檬熱潮的清玉人文茶飲竟爆發加盟糾紛，加盟者控清玉不給續約；清玉則質疑加盟者私下自立門戶。被認為是扭轉台灣檸檬命運的清玉，暴紅後的第一個台灣檸檬產季，竟然就無法安穩度過，上演加盟羅生門。

這其實是台灣加盟界層出不窮的老問題，一堂加盟品牌與加盟者必修的管理課。

加盟金一路炒高
近兩百萬元，還有人排隊

問題一，加盟變調「像玩股票」，加盟金猶如股價會追漲殺跌。台灣連鎖暨加盟協會秘書長洪雅齡指出，台灣社會習慣發展淺碟市場，快速崛起後，乘勢而為，大家趕著一窩蜂撈一筆，「十年後很多都消失了。」有業者甚至在幾年間就改創一個新品牌，不紅了就再換。還演變出一群加盟者專門追隨這種加盟總部，「如果有做起來，前五十家到一百家店還有得賺，後面開的根本賺不了錢。」她比喻，「就像玩股票一樣。」

清玉的加盟金就像股價一樣，暴紅後不斷上漲。二○○六年成立的清玉，前三年皆維持單店經營，曾生意不佳打算收攤，後來開發出明星商品「翡翠檸檬茶」而暴紅。

二○一○年以後，展店速度大增，即使加盟金一路上調至新台幣一百九十八萬元，許多加盟者仍捧著錢排隊上門。目前全台約有一百八十家店，原本預計到年底，清玉直營及加盟店將增加到二百八十家。

相關業者透露，目前約有三、四十間加盟店已脫離清玉體系，清玉則表示目前尚無正式統計。這些店部分變成茶予茶、享好茶、一沐日等品牌，有人是自立門戶、有人則是頂讓給他人。

【李銘宏／台北報導】1名約20歲的謝姓男大學生，今天凌晨4時許，與同學騎乘機車行經台北市復興北路與興安街口時，疑似恍神，未注意前方燈號已是紅燈，他連煞車都沒按，撞上當時正在停等紅燈的張姓機車騎士機車車尾，兩人當場倒地。

肇事的謝姓大學　 全身多處擦傷送醫，所幸沒有生命危險，被撞的張姓騎士則無大礙並未送醫，警方目前正在調查並釐清車禍發生過程。

【國際中心╱綜合外電報導】湖北枝江市顧家店一農家的黃牛，生下了一頭5條腿的小牛，而且第5條腿還長在背上。農家表示，小牛目前並無異常，看上去很健康。

小牛前日下午出生，四肢健全，但背部多出了一條約20多公分的「小腿」，搭在小牛左前腿的上方，樣子十分奇怪。

湖北宜昌大老嶺自然保護區管理局副局長陳金良表示，這頭牛的畸形腿長在背部，有可能是與脊柱連在一起，這頭牛屬於偶發畸形牛，一般由基因突變或環境因素導致，存活率較低。

【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】法國一名女議員瑪索諾(Véronique Massonneau)前日正在議會裡發言時，卻遭到一名男議員拉耶(Le Ray)學雞叫，昨日拉耶遭判罰1300歐元(約新台幣5萬元)，相當於他的4分之1薪水。

瑪索諾當天發言時，聽到拉耶的雞叫聲，忍不住說：「夠了，我不是母雞！」議長當下也趕緊制止。在法語中，母雞可以認定是對女性的侮辱字眼，而這起事件也再度掀起議會對性別歧視的討論。
