旗山阿嬤林玉緞早年創辦「素蘭陣」造成轟動，後來因為人才斷層被迫停止，為了讓藝陣文化重返湄洲社區，昨天林阿嬤將家中珍藏20多年的道具借給社區上課，並叮嚀社區媽媽要好好學習這項技藝。

台灣各地蓬勃的宗教活動孕育許多文武藝陣，民國60年左右，旗山區湄洲里長郭福連籌組藝陣參加天后宮遶境，住在天后宮旁的林玉緞熟稔日本文化，受里長委託籌備「素蘭陣」。

研究旗山文史的作家劉己玄指出，民國52年間，台語電影「素蘭小姐要出嫁」上映，同名的主題曲十分流行，此後廟會出現「素蘭陣」，陣頭成員穿著傳統日本服裝，舞步搭配「素蘭小姐要出嫁」這首歌，風行各地廟會活動。

林玉緞童年在日本人家庭帶過小孩，熟知日本歌曲與服飾文化，在她籌畫下，旗山「素蘭陣」甄選19位國小女童參與訓練，面容姣好者當「新娘」，活潑俏麗者則是靈魂人物「媒婆」。「素蘭陣」公開演出後一炮而紅，外地邀約不斷，受邀至基隆、澎湖等地表演，成員換過一批又一批，直至民國80年左右中斷。

林阿嬤說，早期台灣社會貧困，參加陣頭的小孩可替家庭增加收入，成員招募不困難，可是後來小孩愈生愈少，家長捨不得讓小孩吃苦，加上自己年紀增長體力大不如前，不得不停止。

為了重拾地方陣頭文化，湄洲里長林夏秋在社區開辦課程，多次拜訪林阿嬤，並邀請林阿嬤的女兒黃素卿來當老師，林阿嬤同意把家中的道具借給社區上課，讓「素蘭陣」在旗山重現。

一名公立醫院急診室醫師被控性侵自己的兩名女兒；其中大女兒自國中二年級起被他性侵100多次，小女兒則被猥褻3次；大女兒不堪持續受辱離家出走被警方尋獲，揭露此事。新北地檢署昨天依妨害性自主罪嫌起訴這名醫師。

這名醫師4年前性侵當時念國中二年級的大女兒，他常趁妻子和小女兒半夜熟睡時，到大女兒房裡逞慾，平均每周一次；去年暑假，大女兒不堪父親長期性侵而離家出走，投靠男友。警方隔天晚間找到她，追問後她才說出父親獸行。

警方並查出小她兩歲的妹妹，在念國中二年級時，也遭父親強制猥褻3次。她們怕父親責罵，不敢告訴母親。姊姊並曾告訴男友，「第一次給了爸爸」。

醫師承認犯行，稱因「太愛女兒了」，且因工作壓力大及無法克制，才會一再的對女兒逞慾；但他只有猥褻，並沒有強制性交。
