【王翊亘／綜合報導】效力日本職棒阪神虎隊的林威助，今年僅在一軍出賽1場比賽，今天《日刊體育》報導，林威助已在阪神的戰力外構想名單，最快今天就會發出通告。
 
今年34歲的林威助，受限於阪神外野人才濟濟，去年球季以來出賽機會大減，加上今年球季在二軍表現的也不理想，導致只有1場一軍出賽機會。8月4日的阪神與巨人之戰，是唯一1場一軍出賽，擔任先發6棒右外野手的他，4打數無安打，之後隨即被降下二軍。

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】法務部前次長李進勇、民進黨立委高志鵬、蔡煌瑯今舉行記者會指出，總統馬英九干涉司法個案已非第一次，李進勇說，馬英九因特別費案委託律師陳長文狀告檢察官侯寬人瀆職，雖然於敗訴，但隨後在2010年1月展開「九博之旅」前，剪報陳長文在《聯合報》民意論壇投書「防冤獄，尚方寶劍何時出鞘」一文，並親批「請王部長清峰一閱並說明」。４日後，時任法務部長的王清峰發函高檢署，追究侯寬仁行政疏失。李進勇痛批，馬英九毀憲亂政至此，應立即請辭下台。

高志鵬也拿雷震案時蔣介石批示來對比指出，馬英九也做類似的事，經過50年行徑、嘴臉沒有不同，台灣民主真的進步了嗎？
