【綜合報導】1965年在英國開始發行的《閣樓》（Penthouse），其出版商FriendFinder Networks昨（17日）宣告破產，這本曾風靡一時的成人雜誌也成為網路浪潮下的最新犧牲者。

法新社稱，《閣樓》去年已賠掉超過14億台幣，資料顯示，FriendFinder控股公司至少從2008年以來就沒有年度淨利。法新社認為，《閣樓》賠錢最大的原因是，獲取色情圖片的主要管道早非雜誌，而是網路上隨處可得的色情資訊。

Garden green 綠花園泰義蔬食咖啡館 位置：鳥松區球場路70號 營業時間：11:30～21:00(星期一店休) 服務專線：370-3385 消費時間：2013年8月 消費金額：354元（兩人） http://nelly068.blogspot.tw/2013/09/garden-green.html 這家位於球場路上綠花園餐廳，扛棒上都讓人傻傻分不清楚在什麼 有蔬食、有咖啡、還有泰國、義大利料理，感覺就很多元的餐點 光是菜單就有正反兩面可選擇，餐點價格160～290元左右 環境算溫馨帶一點設計感，裡面都會有一些設計作品作為擺飾 搭台採用高腳椅，與店家熟就可以做吧台與店長聊天哈啦 玉米濃湯 濃湯比較水，口味算是普通 土司麵包 麵包部分蠻乾的，我不太喜歡 泰式東炎湯麵（小辣）135元 東炎湯就像是泰式湯品，麵條在菜單註明不是泡麵 不過看起來就像卷卷的泡麵無誤，口感也是泡麵 湯頭好夠味唷！！帶一點小辣會喝的很順口，忍不住一直喝 麵條就像台灣的泡麵，裡面沒什麼菜 都是切很小塊的青菜，湯頭喝起來不油膩，微辣在嘴裡舞動 把蔬食弄的很多樣性，餐點變得更加美味 湯頭就是泰式香氣的酸V辣味，好順口好好喝 泰式泰香燒辣麵 150元（小辣）+69元套餐 麵的份量還蠻多的，裡面都是蔬食的配料 還沒吃就能聞到濃郁的酸辣香 麵條稍微攪拌一下，讓麵條沾著滿滿的醬汁 一口一口送入嘴裡，還有黑胡椒的香氣 整個好泰式唷！而且顏色不是像一般紅通通的 是帶咖啡色，滿滿的泰式香料調味，每一口都好滿足 麵條煮的很恰當，滑口帶Q度，搭配泰式滋味好麻好辣好好吃 當天點了兩道泰式餐點都是屬於重口味的，厚重的好吃 帶有新穎的設計感餐廳，販售多樣的蔬食餐點 絕對不會有吃素食的感覺，而且會想再訪的店家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.64.20.16

為何原為一場備受矚目的經濟爭辯會迅速演變成充滿個人偏見的攻擊？近來最知名的例子，或許就屬諾貝爾獎得主克魯曼（Paul Krugman）抨擊經濟學家萊因哈特（Carmen Reinhart）與羅格夫（Kenneth Rogoff）了。克魯曼從原本批評他們論文中的一項錯誤，擴大成指責他們對學術透明度的承諾。

經濟行為複雜多變
「違反模式」的例外常見

對於像我這樣認識這兩位優秀國際總體經濟學家的人來說，顯然會立刻打消這些指責。但更嚴重的問題在於：為什麼偏執狂風格竟躍為主流？

部分答案在於，經濟學其實是一門不精確的科學，幾乎所有經濟學家視為理所當然的行為模式，事實上都存在例外。

舉例來說，經濟學家預測，若一項商品價格上漲，人們對它的需求就會減少。但，經濟學的學生們無疑記得他們早期學過的「季芬物品」（編按：Giffen goods，窮人消費的必需品即使價格提高，仍因相對低廉而倚靠更深、消費更多），就違反這個慣常的模式。舉例來說，當墨西哥玉米餅變貴時，貧窮的墨西哥工人反而可能吃更多玉米餅，因為他必須減少肉類等昂貴食物的花費。

這類「違反模式的例外」也出現在其他方面。一項商品的價格上漲，消費者反而常常因此認定它更有價值。原因可能來自於它的象徵價值（signaling value）。一只昂貴的手工機械表並不比廉價的石英表來得準時，但因負擔得起的人不多，所以擁有它就是有錢人的象徵；同樣的，投資者一窩蜂搶買上漲的股票，多半是因為它們有一股「氣勢」。

重點在於，經濟行為十分複雜，而且還會隨著不同的人、時間、商品和文化而改變。物理學家不必知道每一個分子的行為就能預測氣體在壓力下的表現，但經濟學家無法這麼樂觀。在某些條件下，個體行為失常會互相抵消，因此，群體行為會比個體行為要容易預測一些，但，在某些其他條件下，個體間彼此影響，使群體變成聽從少數人領導的烏合之眾。

經濟決策者遇到的困難還不只這些。經濟機構各有各的作用，端視品質而定。2008年金融危機爆發前，總體經濟學家所做的已開發國家經濟體模型中，並不包括金融部門，畢竟，打從經濟大蕭條（Great Depression）後就沒發生過金融危機，於是便宜行事，將金融管道檯面下運作視為理所當然。

【綜合報導】今年第18號颱風萬宜(Man-Yi)昨天(16日)橫掃日本，造成嚴重災情，許多人擔心福島核電廠滲漏的輻射水，與周圍降下雨水含輻射量的問題。負責營運的東京電力公司(TEPCO)今天表示，福島第一核電站利用萬宜颱風過境，排放了積存在污水儲存罐周邊、輻射濃度未超標的雨水，總量達到1100噸。

東電強調，經檢測，這些積存雨水的輻射量都沒有超過30貝可，在安全範圍之內，才會選擇將其釋放，但釋放後的積存雨水是不是直接流入大海，則無法確認。東電將設法避免再有雨水積存在污水儲存罐周圍。
