【大紀元2013年09月12日訊】（大紀元記者萬平綜合報導）菲律賓叛軍摩洛民族解放陣線（MNLF，摩解）發動的「獨立戰爭」進入第3天，叛軍試圖突破政府軍封鎖線，雙方再度爆發激烈交火。菲官員11日說，MNLF要國際社會介入調解。

據法新社報導，官員說，數千名三寶顏市居在槍林彈雨中，逃離家園。在政府軍與叛軍激烈交火、進行巷戰時，至少有13,000名三寶顏市（Zamboanga）市民躲進市立體育場，尋求安全庇護。有5,000人是10日夜間連夜逃進體育場，社工只好在球場草地上搭臨時帳篷。

在3公里外的聖塔卡塔林娜（Santa Catalina），法新社記者11日親眼目睹菲海軍陸戰隊與武裝份子交火，用10位居民，在路邊做人肉盾牌，其中一位居民揮舞著一面白布。

三寶顏市市政府官員11日說，由於官方切斷電源及糧食供應，部分MNLF人員試圖突圍，與政府軍發生激烈交火，過程中3名叛軍中彈被捕。政府軍仍維持守勢，不主動進攻，以增加與叛軍和談的空間，盼事件能和平解決。

菲律賓內政部長羅哈斯（Mar Roxas）在三寶顏市召開記者會說，MNLF份子已釋放部分人質換取糧食，估計現在還有約100人在MNLF手中。叛軍發動的這場戰事已造成9人死亡，包括警察、軍人和平民，另有36人受傷，14,000人逃離家園，暫棲臨時收容所。

摩解8月曾發出新的威脅要獨立，建立自己的國家，但自其部眾攻擊三寶顏市後，MNLF主席米蘇阿里（Nur Misuari）還未公開表態。

菲律賓總統阿基諾三世說，首要任務是保護人質和居民的安全。

三寶顏市已經停課休市3日，機場和港口也都暫時關閉，軍方12日將派空軍軍機前往運載受困旅客。

菲律賓最大的穆斯林反政府武裝組織（Moro National Liberation Front，MNLF）約180名武裝份子，9日黎明時分兵分5路從海岸登陸，攻佔6個村莊，分別占領三寶顏市（Zamboanga）的清真寺、學校、鄉公所或其他設施作為根據地，試圖伺機攻占市政府大樓宣布獨立，為防止政府軍攻堅，這5路叛軍各自挾持了20名至80名不等的人質。

摩解與政府1996年簽署了和平協議，但它的許多成員仍擁有自己的武器，並指責官方背棄建立自治區的承諾。摩解部份成員於上世紀80年代自MNLF分出，成立伊斯蘭解放陣線（Moro Islamic Liberation Front，MILF）。

近期經馬來西亞政府斡旋的和平談判，約11,000名MILF叛軍期待建立一個新的穆斯林自治區協議。

在菲律賓南部的穆斯林叛軍數十年的叛亂，已造成約15萬人死亡。

【綜合報導】在馬英九親自督軍下，國民黨考紀會昨決議撤銷立法院長王金平黨籍，下午國民黨舉行中常會，多名同情王的中常委在場外火力全開痛批馬。

中常委李德維發表聲明，質疑馬在考紀會召開前先舉行記者會，希望考紀會對王金平做出撤銷黨籍以上的處分，令人匪夷所思，「您這樣公然下指導棋，公然施壓，我認為這是中國國民黨考紀史上，最恥辱的一天！」曾任立委的中常委李全教批，馬性格不適合當主席，「不支持馬續任主席。」昨國民黨考紀會決議是「撤銷」而非「開除」王金平黨籍；若決議開除，還要向中常會報告備查，但撤銷是考紀會決議就確定。有藍委分析，由於部分中常委挺王，案子若送到中常會，雖不會改變決議，但可省去挺王人士質疑的困擾。
