中國大陸天津、深圳、廈門、福州和山東日照5個城市到高雄市參加2013亞太城市高峰會，高雄市長陳菊今天下午向5位市長、副市長介紹高雄「亞太新灣區」的發展；深圳市長許勤代表5城市致詞時表示，希望能與高雄攜手合作，共同為振興華人經濟努力。

中國大陸5個出席亞太城市高峰會的城市與率團首長分別為：深圳市長許勤、天津市副市長尹海林、廈門市副市長康濤、福州市長楊益民和山東日照市長李同道。

陳菊今天率高雄市政府團隊，在高峰會的高雄館內5城市代表介紹高雄的發展，高雄市研考會主委許立明簡介亞洲新灣區各項建設，包括高雄港旅運中心、國際會展中心、海洋文化及音樂中心和圖書總館。

陳菊歡迎5城市參加高峰會，並期盼增加直航高雄的航班、更多觀光客以南進南出到高雄觀光、共同促進遊輪觀光與遊艇產業發展。

許勤稱許高雄的發展，也強調深圳正在推動遊輪與遊艇產業，深圳的GDP已近2萬美元，希望透過這次的交流對高雄有更多的認識和了解，未來在許多領域上合作、攜手共同為振興華人經濟努力。

【黃揚明／台北報導】民進黨主席蘇貞昌下午參加民進黨立院黨團會議，會後蘇貞昌公開宣示，對此次馬總統自己引爆的憲政危機非常遺憾，且馬政府長期對在野黨、對人民進行政治偵防，這種非法行動絕對於法不容，「比美國水門案更可惡！」他呼籲，馬總統應對違法亂紀、以非法手段打擊異己的做法負責面對，「民進黨一定團結一致，要求馬總統站出來說清楚！」

蘇貞昌質疑，檢察總長黃世銘已承認案件在9月5日簽結，但8月30日他就進總統府向馬英九報告，「不正是洩漏了偵查中的秘密？」馬總統不但不迴避，還參與干涉個案，是嚴重憲政危機，到底那天馬對黃世銘說了什麼？做什麼指示，難道不該說清楚、講明白嗎？他也質問馬：「你們還監聽了誰？監聽多久？」

蘇貞昌強調，柯建銘的案件是無罪判決，何必關說？且相關當事人都否認有關說，檢察機關也沒有詢問相關當事人，就是沒有關說。他強調，他痛恨關說，民進黨黨公職如果關說他不護短，但馬總統自己違法亂紀，以非法手段打擊政治異己，才是最嚴重的非法。

媒體問蘇貞昌後續會有哪些手段？是否會提罷免馬英九？蘇說，今天只是決定這個態度和高度，「後面怎麼做，我們一步一步來」。至於本周日的服貿辯論是否照常舉行？蘇未正面回應，僅說：「現在最重要是馬英九要站出來說清楚！」

影片中只見1輛拖板車疑行車糾紛，數度對1輛白色自小客車逼車，最後卻失控撞上路肩隔音牆，畫面相當怵目驚心。所幸拖板車的楊姓駕駛(33歲)送往高雄榮總治療後沒有大礙。
