【綜合報導】連日豪雨災情不斷，雲林昨再傳一起土石流活埋農民不幸案件，失蹤兩天的吳姓農民（63歲），昨在自家筍園附近的產業道路被尋獲，但已遭土石流掩埋氣絕身亡。

警方調查，吳峰禹的女兒昨向古坑鄉公所災害應變中心通報，父親失蹤兩天遍尋不著。公所農經課長孫旺田前往吳的筍園察看，只見工寮及小貨車均在，人卻不知去向，便往更深處走去，在產業道路驚見吳男被土石流掩埋，全身只露出頭部，早無氣息。警方發現吳男面部朝下、身體壓著圓鍬，疑似冒雨鏟除土石時，遇土石流沖刷而下，逃生不及。

【陳冠宇／新北報導】民眾卓先生向《蘋果》投訴，發現新北市五股區壟鉤路旁的排水溝上有大量白色泡沫，懷疑有工廠排放污水。記者抵達時，現場泡沫已減少許多，但於較上游處仍發現不少殘餘泡沫。

該處布料工廠的員工表示，排水溝時常有不明泡沫由較高處漂流下來，民眾都誤以為是他們所排放，但其實為避免節外生枝，工廠早已不再進行染布作業，並將排水管封閉，至於泡沫到底由何處而來，仍需新北市環保局調查釐清。
