大量不明泡沫漂浮　民眾質疑偷放污水

【陳冠宇／新北報導】民眾卓先生向《蘋果》投訴，發現新北市五股區壟鉤路旁的排水溝上有大量白色泡沫，懷疑有工廠排放污水。記者抵達時，現場泡沫已減少許多，但於較上游處仍發現不少殘餘泡沫。

該處布料工廠的員工表示，排水溝時常有不明泡沫由較高處漂流下來，民眾都誤以為是他們所排放，但其實為避免節外生枝，工廠早已不再進行染布作業，並將排水管封閉，至於泡沫到底由何處而來，仍需新北市環保局調查釐清。
