【壹週刊】囤房嚴重 雙北空屋逾18萬戶

內政部營建署將月平均用電度數低於60度的住宅，界定為低度使用住宅，也是一般認為的空屋。營建署今天公布去年度全國空屋率為10.5%，年減0.13%；而房價與住屋需求最高的雙北市，空屋率仍維持在7%到8%，數量共18萬多戶，比例仍然偏高，囤房情況相當嚴重。

新北市空屋數量約11萬7772戶，全國最多，主要在推案量大與人口眾多的淡水區、板橋區及三重區，房屋類型皆為屋齡5年內的新成屋。

台北市空屋數量為6萬6354戶，主要在中山區、北投區及豪宅林立的大安區；台中市則以西屯區、北屯區與北區為主；高雄市是鳳山區、三民區和楠梓區。（撰文：何醒邦）
