銀行分析師包夫(Dick Bove)說，在房屋市場，一個有毒泡沫正在醞釀，到冬季，可能引發抵押貸款危機。

聯準會(Fed)的每月購債計劃已近結束，華盛頓持續有意解散房利美與房地美，這讓房屋貸款市場情況，增加了不確定性。

包夫預見一種情況，即抵押貸款買主退場，長期融資--諸如30年期抵押貸款--將因而陷入危機。

「這意味提供房貸的資金將減少，融資的條件將更為繁雜，」包夫於周二發布的報告中說到。「這意味每月償還金額上升，房價走低。亦即抵押貸款市場與經濟將落入危機。」
