剛剛小弟有先爬過文 有看到討論露台約定專用的問題 剛好在591看到某一個賣屋的 主建物40坪、附屬建物37坪、共用部分13.48坪 共91坪 看他照片是8樓有個大露台 8+9含室內梯打通這樣 因為之前沒看過這樣的產品 一時不知道該怎麼估算他價格？ 因為591顯示是一坪4.x萬@@" 是不是應該把露台扣掉在算？ 例如說總價=主建物價格+露台價格 如果這樣的話 露台價格該如何計算呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.172.82.41
