高中學力鑑定考試應試資格為

1.年滿18歲，曾於國民教育階段或高級中等教育階段參與經主管機關核准之非學校型態實驗教育之國民--

因為有唸一般高中的人就會拿到文憑，沒有的人才會去報考學歷鑑定，但是台灣有些特殊學校，例如森林高中（全名：全人實驗高級中學Holistic Education School）

你滿18歲，但是我不知道你在國外所就讀的高中學歷有沒有被教育部承認，你可能要個別去問專家，可以打去問考友社看看，如果不被承認，你可能得等到20歲了，因為原本這種鑑定是給所謂失學的成人、非一般應屆生補足學歷缺憾之用，其實你都在國外讀高中了，直接唸國外的大學應該更好，台灣大學的文憑現在不值錢囉～

「目前仍然只有野生鼬獾感染狂犬病，而山地犬貓疫苗施打率已達88%。」中央流行疫情指揮中心26日召開「國內狂犬病防疫措施座談會」時如此表示。會中除農委會與疾管署官員報告疫情現況，亦廣邀專家學者、醫護人員及動保團體等各界人士參與討論；疫情指揮中心並於會後重申將提高疫苗施打率、監測野生動物、進行動物實驗等既定防疫措施。

疫情指揮中心已於8月14日時，召開「國內人畜防疫專家聯席諮詢會」，具體達成防疫共識，首重「將疫情圍堵於山區」策略，例如強化監測野生動物及山區犬貓全面施打疫苗等，另針對鼬獾是否造成「跨物種」傳播，進行生態調查。農委會防檢局局長張淑賢表示，山區犬貓疫苗施打比例已達88%，會加速完成全面施打目標。

口服疫苗恐感染

針對美國疾病控制與預防中心專家，於月初提供狂犬病口服試用疫苗的後續發展，屏東科大保育類野生動物收容中心獸醫師陳貞志評估，美方提供之口服疫苗餌料，對我國山區鼬獾而言，體積過於龐大，目前首要工作為研發鼬獾能夠主動攝食且大小適當之餌料；另外，口服疫苗曾在美國造成孕婦感染，雖未影響胎兒，但使用口服疫苗對人類及生態的影響，目前仍屬未知。

衛生福利部疾病管制署署長張峰義指出，現階段針對人類狂犬病防治策略，著重在疫苗的整備，首先要增加施打醫院數量，並對第一線醫事人員實施再教育。今年初全台原有12家旅遊醫學合約醫院，能提供民眾施打狂犬病疫苗，截至8月初，醫院數目已增加至60家。

錢鼠影響不大

目前所有野生傳染病例均為鼬獾，農委會監測100例錢鼠當中，僅一例確定為狂犬病，推測屬意外感染，唾液中也沒有分離出病毒。中興大學微生物暨公共衛生學研究所教授張照勤認為，錢鼠及其他囁齒類動物，由於體積小不易被咬，就算感染也會快速死亡，對我國狂犬病疫情影響不大。

近來與我國關係密切的東南亞及中南美各國爆發登革熱疫情，中國大陸4、5月間則有人類感染禽流感案例，台灣山區又有鼬獾散播狂犬病，實屬多事之秋。

疾管署副署長莊人祥受訪時表示，政府持續針對全民進行衛生宣導，因為防疫策略的落實，需要民眾在日常生活中配合，效果才最顯著。例如登革熱就算有境外移入案例發生，只要民眾做好防蚊，就不會有疫情蔓延的情形。

「圓仔」越來越大隻，今天上午測量體重已經正式突破3000 公克，達到3037.8公克，身體圓滾滾，但也因為食量越來越大，每天吃奶時總是會沾到身體，「圓圓」會用舌頭舔圓仔，就像擦澡一樣，還用雙掌將圓仔翻過來、翻過去，圓仔則是露出一副幸福模樣，很享受媽媽的舌頭擦澡。

台北市立動物園發言人曹先紹表示，圓圓照顧圓仔越來越熟練，還出現每天例行工作，抱起圓仔全身上下舔一遍，這個動作主要是在幫圓仔清理身上的異味。因為動作實在很可愛，連保育員都很喜歡看。
