請問騎機車，花壇往彰化市方向 在中山路一段時可以左轉中央路嗎? 今天在紅綠燈顯示 往前行禁止，准許左轉的號誌下 看到三台機車接連直接左轉 但在旁的警察就發出逼逼逼的聲音 那個路口似乎沒有兩段式左轉的號誌(?) 搞不清楚那邊機車是否能直接左轉? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.165.90.211

整形醫師：小腿圍超過身高1/5就算蘿蔔腿

快走或騎腳踏車會不會長蘿蔔腿？事實上比起快走，跑步反而比較容易鍛鍊到小腿肌；而騎腳踏車主要是用大腿施力，基本上只要阻力不要調太高，騎完後認真拉筋，不用太擔心這個問題，更不必因此而排斥運動喔！
小腿粗細有標準嗎？
整形外科醫師提到，適當的小腿圍大約是身高的五分之一，也就是說身高160公分，小腿圍在32公分左右皆為正常。當然，還要視身材比例而定，勻稱最重要，不需一味追求鳥仔腳。（數據僅供參考，正負1、2公分不須太在意。）
你的蘿蔔腿屬於哪一型？ （一般人很可能三者兼具。如為疾病所造成，請直接尋求專業醫師協助。）
1.水腫型
成因：下半身循環不佳
改善方式：改善飲食習慣、調整作息、避免長期固定姿勢、按摩泡澡、穿著彈性襪等
2.脂肪型
成因：脂肪堆積過多
改善方式：有氧運動消脂肪（騎腳踏車、快走、游泳等）
3.肌肉型
成因：運動強度高或姿勢不正確
改善方式：降低阻力和強度（跑步較易使小腿肌發達）、運動前後和平時皆可多伸展小腿肌肉、少穿高跟鞋
※常見伸展方式共有弓箭步和腳掌向身體內彎兩種，請參閱圖片說明。
也許你曾聽過施行手術可改善蘿蔔腿...極度不建議！！！
1.直接切除小腿肌肉、切斷神經使肌肉萎縮：為不可逆的永久性傷害，無法復原，可能會有無法久站、走遠等後遺症，而且會留下疤痕。即使年輕時沒問題，也不代表年老後肌力變差，還能一切如常。
2.施打肉毒桿菌：注射量大、效果僅約半年，須不斷花錢補打才能維持。
