iCloud 可以備份APP跟音樂嗎？

不好意思 想請問一下
因為小弟明天可能會去換隻整新機
可是MAC不在我身邊.. 知道用iCloud備份可以備份照片,自己的設定
那請問音樂跟手機目前全部的APP也會備份到嗎？ 拿到新機後是直接用iCloud備份回復然後拿到mac後直接同步就可以恢復了吧? 伏地挺身器的優點:1.保護手腕 2.能壓的更低
但我對第二點有疑問 很多人說伏地挺身下去時 胸部要離地大約一個拳頭高度
原因就是這樣才能讓胸肌全程保持緊繃
那在這種情況下 為何還會有 "用伏地挺身器效果比徒手更好" 這種說法呢?
雖然臥推進步空間較大 但因為某些因素 只能以伏地挺身替代
想請問 伏地挺身器效果真有比較好嗎? 原因是什麼呢? 謝謝

Xperia SL LT26ii(更新以後反悔)

小弟的手機是Xperia SL LT26ii,由於近期有放出軟體更新,結果小弟拿到SONY的特約店讓手機拿回 原場重刷順便更新到最新版本,更新完有很多介面都變了,但是有很多地方小弟變成不習慣,例如電話簿 跟照相以及攝影介面,更重要的是更新完介面使用line講語音電話,對方都會聽到破聲(類似開擴音) ,的感覺,小弟已經確定不是手機喇叭問題(用正常打電話都很清晰沒有問題),但是朋友用賴打電話卻都 沒有問題,所以我想應該是新版本的關係,不知道送回原廠有沒有辦法刷回舊版本....

請問副水箱的水會少很多是正常嗎?(12年老車) 在開長途(中壢-高雄)之前有先將副水箱加到滿水位 可是到目的地之後檢查發現水位已經到了最下限 不過主水箱的水倒是沒少的樣子 中途停車休息的時候也發現地上會有水 之前已經有去維修過，保養場說汽缸墊片已經有間隙，作了汽缸上修 照理說應該不會有這麼誇張的少水狀況 請問還有其它的可能原因嗎? 另外有時候在車內會聞到外面的異味，這是哪裡的問題呢? 請板友幫忙解惑，謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.30.61
