伏地挺身器的優點:1.保護手腕 2.能壓的更低
但我對第二點有疑問 很多人說伏地挺身下去時 胸部要離地大約一個拳頭高度
原因就是這樣才能讓胸肌全程保持緊繃
那在這種情況下 為何還會有 "用伏地挺身器效果比徒手更好" 這種說法呢?
雖然臥推進步空間較大 但因為某些因素 只能以伏地挺身替代
想請問 伏地挺身器效果真有比較好嗎? 原因是什麼呢? 謝謝
