在大陸工作的建議

這次的參訪行程受益良多，也讓我們原本對於大陸發展的想像有很大的衝擊。
藉這次參訪的過程，總結了台商的忠告並結合自己的想法，希望能夠帶給欲前往大陸發展的年輕人一些啟發：

小貓要裝作老虎

台灣人的溫和，在大陸可能會吃虧。相較之下大陸人比較自我，因此不論對底下員工、同事，甚至是供應商等夥伴的應對要稍微調整，強勢一點比較好。

身處他鄉，卻不夠團結。

在上海，可以看到韓國街、洋人街，這些都是各國人來到大陸，為了尋求有力的後盾，彼此結合起來成為一個聚落互相庇護彼此，但在上海卻沒有看到台灣街，各台商比較處於單打獨鬥的窘境，建議可以與親友一起過來打拼。

誠信待人，堅持品質。

大陸人還沒建立誠信方面的觀念，導致品質不良，這種情形他們自己也都深深體會到，台灣人對品質的要求已屬高水準，應該好好運用這點。另外，大陸的服務的概念也尚待萌芽，服務業並不強，比較少有以客為尊的心態去經營，這是目前他們比不上的，不過近年來已慢慢轉變了，台灣這種優勢不知道還能維持多久。

心有多大，天有多大。

不要只想跟大陸人比。在大陸發展，應該要跟非華人比較，他們也想在大陸這個地方搶食這塊大餅。跟這些非華人比較，我們的優勢在於同文同種，比較懂得彼此的想法，因為最終顧客是大陸人，我們與他們的同質性很高，應該要好好利用這點。

人少的地方機會多

沿海城市如今已慢慢發展完善，接著可能會吸引外資到比較內陸的地方，以幫助他們開發與增加就業人口，想到大陸發展的人不一定要執著去一線城市，二、三線城市的機會也很多。

循序建立人脈

想到大陸就業或是創業的人，應該在去之前，以出差或考察的方式短期停留，一方面可了解這邊的市場狀況、習慣當地的生活、與當地人多溝通，最重要是建立人脈。這樣的方式維持個一兩年，再決定是否要長居發展。
