報名辦法：請親自至本會報名，填寫報名單、同意書。報名時攜帶身份證及印章， 　　　　　繳交最近一年內之二寸相片四張，公立醫院體驗表。 報名日期：即日起至7月10日(額滿為止) 報名資格：應具備下列各項資格 1.年滿十六歲以上。 　　　　　2.國中畢業或同等學歷。 　　　　　3.身體健康（以體檢表為憑）。 　　　　　4.須具有在十二分鐘內游完（蛙泳100公尺、仰泳100公尺、自選式200公尺） 　　　　　　及潛泳20公尺能力者。 　　　　　5.結訓後志願參加博愛水上救生隊，從事水上安全義務工作者 上課時間：預定7月15日開班； 　　　　　 每日訓練時數三小時及訓練地點由本會視情況訂定 　　　　　（原則上為夜間6點30分至9點30分左右） -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.255.50.49
