清巨石 挖土機闢便道挺進150公尺

基隆市政府針對北寧路巨石確定將採取「無聲破碎法」，鑽孔注入膨脹劑讓石頭剝裂，再配合挖土機敲碎。今天中午前挖土機開闢施工便道，已經挺進150多公尺，有可能下午或明天上午完工，最快明天下午可進行碎石相關作業。

挖土機上午9點開始沿著一旁的山溝闢建施工便道，通往巨石區，全長約500公尺長，工務處指「進度超前」。
