116化工碩 LCY收的話可以去 打底 加強英文 有機會去卡達，上海，惠州看一看 LCY的PP、甲醛上游材料歷史雖久，但國際上並無優勢， 近年往下游合成橡膠、電子用材料，但起步太晚。 類似的台資廠有台橡，但這一塊是日韓系的天下。 1980年代 LCY工安紀錄不良 但現在好很多 但是做製程在台灣老廠沒什麼錢途，做了幾十年還不如外商空降。 最好的發展，是累積一點經驗後轉往陶氏 杜邦 三井 韓華, SK, LG Chem, 比如chinaplas商展就知道，台商的格局是最小的，外商還是比較會用人。 歷練一外商後，再回台資廠卡位高層。 ※ 引述《hwange (新正異)》之銘言： : 原po在104上看到李長榮的化工技術工程師職缺 : 工作內容為 : 1.化工生產現場操作、控制 : 2.生產設備檢查、保養 : 3.需配合輪班 : 請問這個職位在廠內的定位為OP還是工程師? : 薪資? 待遇? : 碩士生去做合適嗎? 原po 116化工碩 : 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.149.158.19
