政院先評估 再談治水預算

相關人士今天說，行政院應會待3個月後完成評估，再談治水預算。

經濟部水利署在給中國國民黨中央常務委員會的書面報告指出，水利署依行政院民國99年7月23日及11月30日函示，研擬「易淹水地區後續治理及維護管理計畫」，總經費計新台幣635億元，從103年到108年分6年辦理。

不過，當水利署長楊偉甫口頭報告6年635億元預算時表示，經這次風災，行政院已指示要全面性檢討，先前提出6年635億元預算，「這是一個過去的資料」，未來會在最近期間內，重新檢討後再提出。

與會者會後轉述，行政院秘書長陳威仁說，治水工作無論如何要整體持續，但哪些區域、方法做得好？哪些要改進？行政院立場是希望組成專案工作團隊，目標是提出兼顧永續發展及治水功效的計畫。

與會者說，行政院立場應是這3個月內先讓專案小組完成應有評估，之後才會談到預算問題。
