恆春竹筏被菲扣押 在重疊經濟海域

屏東恆春籍竹筏昨天被菲方扣押，恆春區漁會理事長潘明坤說，被扣押海域，研判在菲國北方巴丹群島省和伊拜雅島間，距離恆春不到200公里，是台菲重疊經濟海域；恆春漁民過去在該海域作業，曾被菲方以越界為由扣押人船，後來嚇得都不敢去了，直到最近發生廣大興廿八號事件後，漁民才放心前往作業。
