檢察官臉書影射 天下要求澄清

檢察官黃朝貴連續兩天以臉書質疑「2013縣市長滿意度調查」台南市長賴清德獲得第1名是「瓜田李下」，舉辦該調查的天下雜誌不滿這樣的影射，要求黃朝貴公開澄清。

天下雜誌指出，黃朝貴發言內容不當影射，嚴重違反檢察官的角色分際，雖然這些發言已於4日移除，但對天下雜誌已經造成名譽傷害，要求黃朝貴公開澄清。

天下雜誌也說明，2013「縣市長滿意度調查」，按照分層隨機抽樣，全國共1萬5246筆，每一筆都有記錄，可昭公信。

另外，政府從中央到地方，購買電視、報紙、雜誌、網路等媒體廣宣，做為政策溝通，行之有年。天下雜誌表示，所參與政府的招標案，也都是合法、公開。

天下雜誌說，編輯與業務一向分離，廣告與內容是分開作業；天下雜誌在所有廣編稿都特別加註「廣告」，嚴格與內文報導區隔。此次調查結果與天下雜誌的廣告業務無關，不該與調查結果做不當連結。
