【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆民進黨籍市議員在今天下午2時許，邀請工務處長李銅城前來北寧路針對巨石做出說明，李銅城表示，現階段首先要把山上的巨石完全清理好，今明兩天會開挖施工便道，並將附近的小山丘與小石塊清除，也在巨石下方的北寧路鋪設太空包，若有碎石掉下可減少損害，另外他也初估利用無聲破碎法對巨石施工須耗費新台幣6百萬。
