這二個說法，都算對，也不一定算對。

首先要知道，你的樓層是幾樓，而水塔是幾樓?

例如你用的水塔是在8樓，但是你在7樓，那就只能用加壓馬達，就算你把調壓閥的壓力調到最大，還是只有一層樓的水壓(約0.4~0.6KG/CM^2)。

反之因為水塔 8樓有一個 ，但是16樓(RF)，也有一個，那還有機會從16樓接管(有管道間情況下)，從16樓接到你的7樓水管，那就不需要加壓馬達了，直接靠重力就足夠了，此時調壓閥反而用處很大。
