統一集團旗下主打美麗、健康、時尚相關的事業包括統一佳佳、統一藥品、康是美、統一阪急百貨及夢時代購物中心等5家，2012年營業額加總達235億元，較2011年成長約1成，統一總經理羅智先指出，美麗健康事業已成為集團重要的事業版圖，未來將投入資源加速整合各事業的優勢，架構成一個平台，第1年的營業目標上看300億元。

羅智先表示，統一集團以食品製造業起家，與國人生活緊密連結，跨足領域多元，包括統一佳佳、統一藥品、康是美、統一阪急百貨及夢時代購物中心等5家關係企業，多年來在藥妝、藥妝產品自營及代理、健身休閒及百貨流通等不同領域已占有一席之地，甚至將成功的商品及經驗推向海外市場。

他說，這5家關係企業2012年營業額加總235億元，年成長約1成，顯見美麗健康相關事業已是繼食品本業、餐飲、物流等事業之後，成為集團的重要事業版圖之一。未來，集團將會更強化相關企業品牌的資源整合，發揮集團綜效，帶動美麗健康新話題。

統一集團5日特別集合旗下美麗健康相關事業辦了一場發表美妝事業發表會，全部由統一星鮮人、產品經理、美諮師、健身教練、芳療師等近30人擔綱走秀，展演專業服務及自有品牌美妝商品，在這場生活時尚秀的最後則是由5家企業總經理親自走上伸展台，統一企業總經理羅智先、統一佳佳、統一阪急百貨、統一藥品董事長高秀玲夫妻也親自站台發表活動主題。
