如何反霸凌？宜蘭縣政府拍微電影「霸凌無間」演給學生看，今天在員山國中首映，劇情似曾相識，學生看得津津有味，教育處表示，這部微電影將配合教案，一起發送到全縣100所中小學，教學生用愛消彌霸凌。

「剛剛那個情節，我們小時候都碰過，只是我們都隱忍下來！」縣長林聰賢看完微電影自爆，小時候發育不好，個子小，個性內向，動不動就臉紅，同學為他取綽號叫「紅猴」。

之後人家在談到猴子什麼的，他就以為是在說自己，整個人很退縮，還曾經在上學途中也被大個子的同學推到水溝裡去，回到家也不敢說，直到上了國三，個子長高了，比霸凌他的同學還高大，但他選擇放了他，沒有報復回來。
