工作 友達 揚昇照明 地點 竹科園區 竹科園區 部門 大尺寸平台RD 背光模組RD兼監工 薪水 N+保14+獎金（共約15） N-5K+分紅(共約16) （請容我過一陣子再來分享N是多少） 　　　　　　　 　（以目前算法兩者年薪差不多） 伙食 午晚餐補助 不知 工時 約7點下班 約7點下班 （皆為沒有重要專案狀態，每年有幾個月超忙） 住所 租屋 租屋 部門風氣 還不錯 不知 升遷 機會不大 不知 工作內容 光學性質研究 技術支援、面對客戶 小弟為第一次轉職， 目前只面試了一間…… 不知道揚昇這邊狀況怎麼樣，還蠻在乎部門風氣融不融洽的， 畢竟就算是假的，有戰友一起奮鬥的感覺就是比較好一點， 不知道有沒有比較清楚這揚昇工作風氣、薪資、休假狀況的朋友可以給我一點建議呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.171.0.65
