包皮過長的困擾

從小到大一直有包皮過長的問題困擾我
我有幾個問題要請問大家
1.因為我目前沒割 而且都沒有衛生 健康的問題 身體狀態一直都很好 但不管在任何情況之下 包皮永遠都是包著的 是包莖吧 該割嗎?
2.不割的話 以後愛愛會有困擾嗎????
3.我20歲了 而且又怕羞 想自己去 可以嗎??
