請問電量剩下70%,10%和0%時充電，有哪一個會特別傷電池嗎？

有聽人說過如果電沒用完就一直充電
充電電池會產生記憶，
假設每用完30%就充電，以後電池就只有30%的儲電空間了
請問這是真的嗎？

可是如果用到因為沒電而自動關機
會不會傷害電池？
