青年尋路論壇／王文杉：台灣人才面臨三困境

聯合報系今舉辦為青年尋路論壇，董事長王文杉開場致詞，治理國家與經營企業一樣，沒有人才便沒有未來，台灣正面臨年輕一代用不上、高階人才留不住、外國菁英進不來的困境，已不只是潛在危機，甚至是顯現的危機，搶救人才已是台灣當前最迫切的任務。

今日是青年尋路論壇第一場座談，吸引逾600人報名參加，現場座無虛席，絕大多數為大學生，甚至有高中生參與。
